http://www.lse.co.uk/SharePrice.asp?shareprice=RUR&share=RURELEC Where Peter Earl is also in charge it seems, bidding for large power contracts in South Africa (interview on one of the links where they are bidding for 2 x 500mw deals altho i would suspect Agrekko and APR will be in there) also a court case coming up in April after a power station was taken off them due to be heard.
Sold a tranche to edge my bets, interestingly though I have just been reading through rur where Peter earl is also involved and it looks like they are doing something similar down in South America, could there be an option of selling the turbines to a development they have just signed in on?
cracking result tonight, need to beat the wolves next week and drag a couple of more teams into it!
Nothing has changed since you sold out and back in again, FairPlay to you on your decisions however all the rest is the same as you were saying before and which we know, on a personal level are you long or short term should this go through?
Can you disclose any more?
The shorters closed out yet?
The way I look at it is that there will be more people who will have to buy when the good news starts coming through. I was in pace all the way down to about 40 p average at 88, that has more than quadrupled amongst similar circumstances, would be more than happy for the same to happen here.
little red dot needs to appear on my watchlist!
And what is mr deep pockets?
what i liked was the smile that he gave as he was being asked about Lamprell, like he knew a secret but couldn't tell, or maybe i have an overactive imagination!
Think they put a non refundable deposit down so cant see it not going through, very suprising to see both people selling out for a pittance still and that the share price is still where it is.
be this week, just in time for christmas!
To be stabilising even without the BuybacksI, I can't see why it's stopped though at these prices they should be gobbling them up.
Managed to get back for one game this season which we won 1-0 against Fulham which was nice as it was my sons first ever game. Seem to be back on the upward trend here and a bit of good news eg contract win, reducing the actual loss, shipping out some units should give us the push to get us back upto 1.20s initially.
I bet you wish you could have 1.4m of these, I know I would.
Got any views on cape? Similar story with profit warnings and large drop in share price ect and outside auditors brought in to review.
Why would they issue new shares unless they were funding something else? If they have say 8million debt and have sold the turbines for 20 million that leaves 12, with the company currently worth under 5 million, would some of the cash be returned somehow to shareholders? Anyone with any thoughts?
Go the same way as lamprell this week, await the outcome of the investigation before seeing a move upwards, work has been delayed but there is still a good business here.
I wish I had some available cash spare at these prices. If there was a problem then the company wouldn't be spending on buy backs, maybe a big seller is panicking and selling. The way I see it is the director Has taken funds out but he still has a massive amount of skin left in. Need to go and turn the sofa over!
Price hasnt really jumped though, how much will be left once the debt is payed off?
