Personally would like to know the Native Title Agreement Negotiations are going...
The Heritage Agreement has been finalised with the Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation (KNAC) which is the Native Title representative group for the Nyiyaparli People. IOCA is now progressing heritage survey works and the commencement of Native Title Agreement negotiations. This is anticipated to be completed in Q4 2022.
For me this is a major hurdle, everything else should be a formality afterwards. If it's ok with the Aborigionals it'll be ok with the mining permit.
When all the fundamentals are improving and the shareprice is falling. Once the 10 or 20 day vwap is low enough IOCA will acquire the final 10%. The shackles will then be taken off.
DYOR and don't listen to loons on here, including me.

Just in case anybody was wondering if there was a link between Artemis/Bennelong/Greentech/Windfield/Richard Shemesian.
If it were me owning the final 10% of Hammersley and soon i was going to have to contribute towards Hammersley operations. I would want the maximum amount of shares and warrants for this final sale. I would be shorting UFO and I'd have bought up ARV shares and be selling them down until the 10% agreement was made.
Even more so if by IOCA owning 100% meant JVs were then possible for a company who I owned a large %.
Very cynical and could be totally wrong.
2. Alien will free-carry Windfield's remaining 10% shareholding in the Projects until completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study on either the Brockman or Han**** Ranges projects.
So once a BFS is complete for Han**** (should be soon) Windfield will have to either start contributing to costs at Hammersley (Brockman & Han****) or offload the remaining 10% to IOCA.
My money is on IOCA getting to 100%, the Accumulation phase will be over soon. ;-)
Anybody wondering why Brockman hasn't been started?
Rod knows...
"Importantly the Company has two other significant iron assets that appear not only commercial but have strategic value to several larger groups within the region and I am confident that future deals will be done on these in due course."
Short term pain, long term gain. JVs will come.
Not sure there will be a placing to raise the 5m for Han****. More likely a raise of 5m to get stuck into Munni Munni. Looking over at FME, they recently raised around 5m for a decent drilling programme, we'd probably need similar unless a JV comes along.
When the Permits land, this is massively derisked for PIs and institutions, the fund raise should come significantly higher than todays shareprice.
