Roderick ("Rod") McIllree, Executive Chairman, has purchased an additional 48,833,333 shares in Alien Metals Ltd. Accordingly, Rod now holds 127,404,762 shares in the Company representing 2.5% of the Company's issued share capital which has been purchased entirely "on market". Mark Culbert, an independent non-executive director, purchased an additional 1,666,666 shares and thereby holds 6,666,666 Shares in the Company. Dan Smith, non-executive director has purchased a further 2.5m shares and thereby holds 4,517,715 shares in the Company. Troy Whittaker, the CEO of Iron Ore Company of Australia Pty Limited ("IOCA"), the Company's 100% owned subsidiary, has purchased a further 11,666,666 shares and accordingly now holds 18,809,523 shares in total.

In addition, a further 44,999,999 shares were acquired by the Company PDMR's and employees.

I wonder if the Majors will wait until Alien can fund exploration on EH/Munni Munni/Brockman/Vivash with income from Hanc0ck? Might they want to get in early doors?

Initial drilling by Alien has returned Bonanza grade silver and one of the highest silver intercepts globally 9.7m @ 8326g/t. Company reinterpretation of historical information suggest that the mineralised envelope could be considerably larger and higher grade than previously thought, with the Nickel, Copper, Cobalt and Zinc halo around the silver ore body having never been properly tested. With infrastructure in place now to reopen the old mine shaft Alien will shortly start working to get the mine dewatered in the hope of proving the miners' stories, of glistening walls and thick pure silver veins.

Nice one blues. Hopefully get some Native Title Agreement news soon.

Might be worth checking out the Fenix Resources timeline. Its clear that big gains were had prior to positive news being released. Numerous Trading Halts were required on the ASX, probably because of leaks.

The Heritage Agreement has been finalised with the Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation (KNAC) which is the Native Title representative group for the Nyiyaparli People. IOCA is now progressing heritage survey works and the commencement of Native Title Agreement negotiations. This is anticipated to be completed in Q4 2022.

Typical RNS wording, open to interpretation... is the heritage survey expected to be completed or agreement completed?

Permission to mine should be a formality once the aboriginals have agreed. Should find out soon.
