It’s getting beyond a joke WASU, filtering them only does so much as all you get is a page full of filtered comment boxes. They should be banned for it to ensure a free flowing board. I don’t mind the odd disagreements with people and difference in opinions but when people start getting personal and the arguments go out with the relevance of the boards purposes that’s when they need to give it up or get banned indefinitely.

WASU, the minute a vaccine is approved by the EAU and the MHRA these markets will rocket as that really does signal the end of covid as it has the green light to start immunising millions of people that day! I already hear the vaccines are being transported daily around the world, therefore when we get that green light it will be all engines go.

With the SP dropping each day, it’s now hard to predict. To be honest I didn’t expect the falls it has taken the past few days as the light is almost reachable, but, end of the month fever kicking in and no vaccine administered YET explains the drop.

So really depends on where the SP sits when the news is dropped it’s been approved and given the go ahead. I’m expecting a 15%+ rise on news. Don’t want to say a higher number but strongly believe it will be therefore minimum of an initial 15% rise, then if it holds up and beats the traders and profit takers you know it’s up from there leading in to 2021!

This news is the equivalent of a vaccine being found and should reflect that on the markets.

This is why I bailed out of Easyjet a few weeks back with my profit. That’s why they are being hit more today than others. Not forgetting the late gains they and TUI had the past week whilst IAG slumped each day. The stocks have their days good and bad and mostly end up of not one day but equaling themselves out another day.

People selling this week are mad. The U.K. are due to approve the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine this week with vaccination starting on the 7th. Selling now is crazy as this can drop at any minute of the day.

From the 177 highs I could have sold up and make a handsome profit. However, I’m looking at the longer term, up until spring 2021. Not short sighted like some!

One way to get caught out

Dark Knight, I mentioned this two days ago when we dropped 6% and every other airline were up arranging from 8-15%.

Something is happening with IIs and MMs as the buys are overly outweighing the sells yet stuck in an even lower range than we were previously. When this pull back stops for whoever it may be, this will go north very quickly

Yea from what I can see this an obvious setback but the dark clouds will shift opening up the blue skies again and from what we can see in the very near future. Fundamentally like a solid business and giving all back to normal I would expect a target of 500.

Will keep my eye on this. Been in airline stocks since the drop which have made me serious gains with still more legs in them.

Market is opening higher than close, not the opposite way around. Maybe it’s time you went long rather than having FOMO. It won’t do you any harm going long here as opposed to collecting 50 quid here and there and missing out on actual gains.

IAG should perform better than others today’s well due to the poor finish yesterday. The amount of big buys that went through after that tree shake and after hours should give this a right good move today!

DubleD, when looking at the contractions, look sector specific. TUI 13% up EZJ up 6% etc. The general market sentiment doesn’t affect an individual stock as long as the other players are performing.

169 seems the resistance and settled number. Expecting a rise tomorrow or a late run. Expected this to finish around 174 today.
