Why did they continue the FSP for so long. Something fundamentally changed from January it seems. Who is suddenly going to come in with a bid that wasn’t involved already. That’s not happening. BOD will close deal with final party I feel.

It can be done, but CP isn’t willing to nor has the capability to.

They now could state offer price mention no names. Acts to support share value, stop any more low balling and acts as a chance for final bidders or if not ends the process. That’s what I’d do.

To give a £1 dividend surely it needs to sell for a lot more.

£1 div is short changing the share holders and assets, without knowing the full deal that is.

When we hit 44p the market knew lots less than today. We haven’t issued any more shares to dilute the value. But today 28p is fair value. Mmmmmm
