For sure the share price is in my opinion a joke. I could have and should have sold the lot at 40p and gone elsewhere and come back. That’s easy to say now.

Dilution can be simple and complex. But yes many don’t follow simple version.

Same here barmy. Limbo. Months in the fsp months suspended now out of fsp but not really any the wiser on assets value or what’s happened. I realise the suspension was triggered to block someone building a cheap steak. Had a great 2020 but 2021 has had loads more progress but share has fallen or stagnated.

I’ll just keep holding a bit longer then.

Secret raise is unusual very unusual in fact I’ve never seen it. Maybe the would be buyer is gifting the money and later takes it back via buyout. To ensure they get the big prise.
