Agree last 2 posts. We just need to know what the final offer is and is that the final play from the final bidder for us to vote on, or is there a final bid to consider.

Just have to continue to trust the BOD. I do. But would like some clarity. As I said it out of FSP but lead to believe we have one credible offer at 99% of the company or whatever then why not get it done.

That crossed my mind. We have selected 1 preferred bid and are focused on that. Well by now you know what that is in money and time terms. So seal the deal, why mention it that was was odd.

Sure we all take £1. But if that’s a small % off assets we need the sp to hold at cash in bank minus div or it’s a bad deal no.

I guess they sell 100% then any holder gets their part of 100%. If it’s some different example and div mentioned then people lower expectations, all depends on sale prices. Just because it’s now seemingly not full people have lowered expectations. But if 95% of company went for 10bil and the remainder was a JV then didn’t need funding over say 1 bil then an 8 bil div would be ok. Just seems beyond possible right now.

To a non miner it’s an asset to sell. To a miner or end customer it’s a resource I’d say. Nit picking on words I know.

I have 266k shares left and don’t need to sell until the end. So I can’t lose or moan. Be a very interesting next few months I bet.

Without clear asset value knowledge we can’t predict really. So guessing is over or under depending on many things per posters.

I’ve never ever predicted and in from 1.19p. But many seemingly credible posters with research and level heads are convinced £3-6 is not dream land. I’d take £1 div it’s unbelievable for me personally just interested to learn.

Before this weeks RNS many said £1.50-£10 per share for sale. Now everyone seems happy with a £1 div and shares in a company thats sold most of if not 95% of its assets.

Why the shift I’m really interested to know. £1 div and shares in a shell company to me is poor return for many.

Why did they continue the FSP for so long. Something fundamentally changed from January it seems. Who is suddenly going to come in with a bid that wasn’t involved already. That’s not happening. BOD will close deal with final party I feel.
