A ninth day of losses now and a total loss since the 5th of 20%....market cap. Of 810 million pounds now...

In eight days that is 40p or 17% wiped off the value. Should have known the market makers would take it below £2. Think on 6 out of the 8 days buys have easily outweighed sells. Down again on Monday presumably?

Day of red in store by the looks of it. Don't think I have come across another share that gets so resolutely stuck in downtrends.

It could test all time lows (mid 20s?!). Am certain this company will be fine in the long term and this will be reflected in the share price eventually, but it seems that the mms want to take this lower.

They are lining up a 7th red day on the trot....

DLG are down approx. 1.2%, ADM approx. 7% and good old ESUR are down 15%.......may be further downside, but surely it has to be limited?

looks like it could finish today red again. if so, it would be the 6th straight day of falls. the most I can recall with Esure is 12 straight red days, so scope there for some further declines. having said that , it seems to have found a bottom. the divi. is generous and the p/e is none too demanding.

what's your average? if the special divi. is maintained then we're looking at at least 6-7% yield, which I would have thought would put a base under the shares. also, insurance premiums must surely start to climb at some point in 2015?

I just couldn't take it any more. for me, there is absolutely no sign of a turnaround. the only hope is that gold starts rising which looks unlikely at present, manipulation or not. I hope that the mine keeps going as it obviously provides employment in a very poor area of Africa. however, my thoughts regarding the board are unprintable. likewise, all the best with future trades/investments.

yes, very difficult to offload in quantity, or buy for that matter, as the price jumps and falls very quickly on low volume. if there is high volume obviously easier to do. the spread on HGM is sometimes as much as 1.5-2p, so you have done very well indeed.....

Hi there, did exactly the same earlier - sold two lots of 25,000. massive paper loss crystallised, but the management of this company is dire - they seem utterly incapable to me. likewise, best to the remaining holders.

down a total of 27p over two days. no correlation at all to the other two motor insurers, but as this stock is so illiquid it lends itself to manipulation.

it is ALWAYS jam tomorrow with Cather and his bunch of clowns. I am sure the actual guys on the ground work hard and do as good a job as possible, but they are managed by utter morons (imo).....losing money on every single ounce mined will see this entire company folding sooner or later. Admiral down 1.5% today, Direct Line down 0.4% and Esure down 3%.....I don't recall reading a profits warning yesterday. must be a comfortable 7% yield here and still it falls. would hate to have invested at the IPO or higher. in at 226, so hopefully can get out of this rubbish soon.

at present - down 3p as I write. the fundamentals of this company surely should see this climb , even with the weak gold price. it's a circa 300k oz. producer with AISC of $900 per oz. that leaves a clear profit margin of circa $70 (£44) million . the current m'cap. is £115 million. net debt was circa £150 million at 30/6/14.

Of this share. Volume is dire most days and this lets the price get manipulated quite easily. Equal buys and sells today and down 7%ish. Also, I didn't think the update was too bad compared to DLG's, but that ended the day down 2.5% if I remember correctly

it has been down as the 5th November for ages - certainly when I checked last night on their website it was down as the 5th, and now they just change it like that. I have zero confidence in the BoD.....everything they touch or do, they screw up. can't even release an update on schedule.
