Shareholders account for approx 60% of the shares - figures on the Hardy website. There have been no reductions notified as yet from any of these , so not sure if it's rumour or gossip that the mms have taken this down on. I realise that the Indian oil and gas sector is not in the best of health, but with Brent seeming to stabilise around $60 per barrel , it should help this to stabilise and maybe recover some lost ground over the next few weeks . I guess it will be interesting to see what happens as regards the institutional holders over the next few weeks too. There were rumours posted on iii about a poor drilling update (that itself was taken from a mail report), but nothing has been released as yet. The cash position accounts for approx. £10 million of the £22 million m'cap.

out there interested or knowledgeable about this company. having just spoken to a guy there, he stated that the cash position is down by approx. $1.5 million from the $22.9 million figure from the 30/9/14. there is no debt. this equates to approx. £13 million cash with a current m'cap. of £24.5 million?

due a small bounce soon purely on technicals, but can see this going lower on the fundamentals over the next month or so. not sure it'll get to 120p, but I would have thought the 140s would be a good marker? all in my opinion.

H, I'm fully aware that you think this company is a basket case - no issue with you there at all. however, if you have no money invested (I'm assuming!) and you're not short , then why continue to post on this message board? obviously, you're as entitled as anyone, I won't deny that....just not really sure why you can be bothered to? as regards AAZ, you may be right, and you may be wrong - I don't claim to profess any deep knowledge over the company. surely you have other shares in your portfolio that you're more interested in?

it appears that a delayed notification sale was pushed through at 3p yesterday for 1,025,000 shares. I'm guessing until this overhang is dealt with then the price will tread water around 3.5p? I'm assuming that there are no further large sales and that the company doesn't release any bad news.

I appreciate it's very low (£5million), but the net debt as at 31/12/14 was $52.4 million. anyone who knows the company better know if this is sustainable?
