11.35 - very diplomatic.... I think it’s a bit more serious than that. The federal government have a legal responsibility to consult with the indigenous tribes (although the article I read didn’t go into decision power within any consultation). The fact they haven’t in this case suggests there was no preemptive consultation which points to a formal legal challenge...effectively they are breaking their own laws.

11.17 - this is the issue. OTC is exactly that, unlisted, so not sure the exchanges calendars necessarily are observed and that’s before you get to other national holiday and region holiday. From the outside it’s looks like there is holiday somewhere in the states most days ;-)

I saw a post yesterday implying the US open on Monday. Had a look at the public holiday calendar and could see anything to suggest that. Any thoughts?

Don't under estimate the power of the FX (GBP/USD). For those that don't hold, if the dollar strengthens the stock effectively gets cheaper for our US brothers for the same share price. For those that do hold, if the dollar weakens they make money against the same share price.

15.04 - Where we've probably capped out our risk accretion programme, job now is about converting that into commercial asset packages (hence the use of subsidiary structure) and maximise sale returns. I'm sure Ashley Gilbert is very capable of that process and if the opportunity arises they he'd also be well equipped to get new joiners up to speed.

volume more steady in the US from what I can see c.30m but I guess thats in <15 mins...I think Friday and Monday may have desensitised me ;-). 30m against as AIM 80m for the day so far...

13.16 - completely agree but I'd go a step further, certainly or myself. The company has never lied or not provided the requisite risk caveats...therefore I take 100% ownership myself. I've learned a lot and tried to maximise the opportunities where I can and where those have been failures, thats where I investigate and invest in myself to have better understanding. The company and the shares I own are not important really, they are a conduit for learning, about the world and myself. Its a new and some might see a radical approach but the way I choose to see it.
