The company has produced much information in RNSs, presentations, interviews plus there is 88ewiki all in the public domain. If there are investors that choose (and it is their choice) to focus their research on effectively word of mouth...its certainly not mine to say otherwise IMO.
Look at it this way...many here have chosen to research in-depth the fundamentals, the wider industry and have engaged directly with the company's leaders. Their decision is that there is potential for the company's future.
Other investors have biased their decision from what others have divulged and taken their 'research/opinion' at face value and decided there is potential for the company's future.
Who am I to criticise where people might have a different 'decision path' but arrive at the same point.
Doesn't imply it will or won't work...and doesn't mean their outcome will/won't be good/right...

I personally try not to control what doesn't want to be controlled....I don't let it frustrate me (much ;-) and won't make it a crusade...they never end well.

09.17 - I stand corrected...although I guess the predominant point still stands in that 88e has a higher regulatory framework versus other very small cap US (unlisted/OTC) stock. Even if it were only AIM.....it would still bet better than other very small cap US (unlisted/OTC) stock.
Our American friends should take solace from this, but of course we should also mention that is no guarantee of success as regulation is mutually exclusive to business operations...it just means the company must be transparent and adhere to a specific set of rules with respect to how they interact with investors, the regulator and the exchange.

And for the record I think we have been significantly undervalued for some time given our prospects and acreage...
People should remember that we have still been priced as if Charlie-1 was a complete failure which I struggle with given the Seabee discovery and the gas volume independantly assessed.
Even today were still a bit below pre Charlie-1 levels which I just don't think is accurate even in light of the dilution given some of that dilution was spent on acquiring the Umiat reserves (which agree need consolidation, hopefully from Peregrine, but also infrastructure)...but they still have value.

22.17 - Well there is certainly a decent history of decent commentary around the company if people look hard enough and our business has been moving forward and has materiality...ie its not a non trading entity or something intangible like tech based companies that could easily be informationally manipulated.
It also has listings in the UK and AUS which, whilst not full listings, do invoke regulatory oversight. This alone makes it lot better than many US pink sheet companies.
Our company can be seen to be driving out into the snow of Alaska, digging through rocks looking for dead dinosaurs (not exactly cutting edge) but a material company ha ha

20.40 - but agree that the disingenuous could retrospectively change details to 'rewrite' history and that wouldn't be great. I personally wouldn't do that as I'd just be lying to myself but appreciate there are some more fragile egos out there...

20.40...ha ha no, no where did I imply its gold standard...it has an edit function, full stop.
the quality of the input on any site is reliant up the posters...therefore for a given share on site may be more valuable than another...

I accept that others have their 'strategy' and that may be to depress the interest or paint a dishonest picture of the company. I can't prove that nor wish to drop to that level so the best thing I can do for anyone looking in is to be fair and use my experience to paint, in my opinion, a fairer picture and a reasonable business rationale through the lifecycle whilst shoeing that this roadmap has value for LTH and for those new to the story and excited about future outcomes.

16.20 - DW is not leaving because he’s lost interest, he’s done the job he was hired to do. Grow the company’s presence in the market and its prospects by taking on a, relatively, diverse portfolio. That’s done, within the window the company had the opportunity to and probably longer than DW anticipated being with the company. Now it’s about funding the further development of those assets and finding buyers for the successful ones once a degree of delineation has been achieved.

15.59 & 16.20 I think the language here isn’t positive. Promoting a viable investment opportunity is fine. ‘Pump’ is derogatory to the prospect, implies some form of falsehood and is inflammatory. It shouldn’t and it indeed won’t inspire US investors. It’s counter productive to your own cause...think about what you are publicly saying or maybe your strategy is to shoot yourself in the foot?. Any company journey will have a churn of investors. Us initial investors have taken a lot of time and risk on and no doubt that will be enough for some and they will look off load their risk to others, like our American base, some may continue to hold...moving forward that new base will support the company for a period of time. In a positive view example, if things continued to improve across a number of assets then that investor base may churn again in favour of institutional investors, or it could be buy out and then either cash out or transfer to a different risk with respect to the buy out company’s shares.

I’m actually really happy about the US being in as I stated before. Looking at it from a positive skew bias...good news could receive a significant extra drive on the share price via these investors. Whilst I may not support some of the commentary, I can’t denounce the 200m odd Volume we’re seeing daily from this base
