08.29 - Nothings been issued formally but he's been there 7 years which is quite a while, probably just wants a change and remember while he was on the board he may have been approached by other employment and investment opportunities that he wouldn't have been able to undertake...being an MD has its opportunity costs.
There is also the theory that he's built up the risk positions now and thats where his experience lays...lets hope AG can convert those positions into significant shareholder value.

14.32 - For my understanding of the challenge of oil wet and water wet reservoirs relates to polarity/electrical charge. oil and water don't mix for this reason. Therefore the oil around the water based pore throat will be repelled if you use a drill fluid of a similar polarity as water therefore for this to flow you be looking to use a drill fluid with a similar polarity to oil. Whilst its unusual and may costs a little more (the fluid and also the specialist company required) I don't see this being an unsurmountable problem...

Policemen/women get a salary paid out of tax revenues. You pay tax...do you directly paid their wages? NO, you relinquish the right to define your money as your money once a tax bill is paid.

regardless, how would the company arrange 'a few drills' prior to the allowable off road drilling season...sounds like that would be against the regulations and therefore the company can't be accountable for missing your target where its manifestly not possible.

As for equipment failure and challenges to drill, if you're inclined to do a little research you'll probably find out many companies far bigger than us have those too. It might be onshore but it's certainly not an easy environment or geology.
