"I don't mind people expressing their hopes and wishes I just do not wish to see people suckered into thinking this company is ripe to get taken over"...I don't think it's either you're right/obligation or within your ability to stop people believing what they choose to believe. I guess you can state an alternative option but best to do that with reason and logic as I think telling people not to get sucked in is detrimental to their ability to think for themselves and, in all honesty, a bit insulting. we can all control what we individually do but I don't worry about what others choose to do, their money their choice. Just my thoughts without prejudice.

16.21 - But that said I guess you must be heavily up at the current level? and you would have been more up in April? Can't work out if you think there is still value here or you think the costs (either cash or WI) to progress the company have gone past a tipping point? In which case you could crystallise your position easily and then not worry about the implications of moving the company forward. Or maybe you see your role to moderate others thoughts? Any of those fit?

Looks like the US is trying to close at $0.0325 which would very closely represent the AUS close. AIM and the UK once again letting themselves down by the poor index operations and snidey market participants....

17.16 - bit dramatic...state currently at £0.0235 equivalent so AIM is out of odds with AUS and US, plus they are now a more junior partner. If US closes okay and AUS doesn't get spooked then UK should open at or around the trading levels of today for a majority of the day.

Has anyone heard about the Willow court case verdict? Appreciate that just because CP wanted a verdict by the 1st July doesn't mean the courts took any notice. I think a positive result for CP is worth something for us.

14.34 - well as a broker they have a large nominees account that hold all their clients holdings if thats what you mean? They do a lot of research papers and the latest echoes the market with resect to imminent oil supply concerns

They actually have a tough decision....its possible the report could land and they can't do anything about it till Tuesday pm London time.
In all honesty and a company looking to safe guard its investor opportunities, it would be better if they finalised the report when all markets are open....tat would be fair and right. se how we get a long at 2.30
