So 2 things, 1. the units were incorrect by 1000% and even if that were correct 2. the conversion was 10% inaccurate.
Maybe an honest mistake by someone who can't manage the maths needed...may be dishonest with intent.

10.35 - worth also noting that if CP found a peregrine/Uniat…due to the size, would make little difference, certainly not until it’s much closer to production…however the capital 88e invests to prove up a peregrine/umiat and the subsequent saleable value of that will make a huge difference to the value of the company…it’s all relative, that why were here I guess

10.34 - the US certainly has headwinds and I think you're right, these and other drivers will add pressure behind the scenes.
Like most civil cases, the plaintiff wants some thing and do feel they have got what they want (usually this boils down to things that can be monetised or allocated a monetary concession). CP will take whatever the detail looks like, probably amend some aspects of the proposal accordingly, lobby the politicians again, represent and some addended version will eventually be agreed. The true cost here is time IMHO
