Every year its the same and every year given the company plays by the rules set before them, they get the permit. Last year I'll be the first to accept there was a new challenge with the presidential change and the desire to make a splash on entry but this year IMHO isn't as challenging. The company's Ops update spoke to the concerns of those that have limited insight into the process and didn't seem concerned.
You money, your choice. The share price, after a rise, is always susceptible to the downward pressure, I'm happy to ride it out . Its generally amplified as those with a 'make money from a negative or very short term strategy fill the boards and the trading lists....good luck to them but there's plenty of upside from here.
