Well...thats answer the funding question for the neighbours....a very large and quite complicated fund raise (interestingly no Farm out again). 20m dilution via II subscription and retail placement although they already state 19m on the II side. plus a whopping 50m convertible bond issuance, can't be bothered to explain the structure.. So thats a target of 70m but will take more if there is demand for 3 drills in H1 2022.....this is what we call "All-In" ;-)

10.04 - Fundamentally the land and potential assets haven't changed yet when Great Bear owned it, it failed...not because there wasn't a fundamental value -it was imprudently managed....I'm sure Scot knows the pain of that...

Remember PANR used to be Great Bear....that failed due to management errors (lack of prudence). Fundamentally the land and potential is the same yet it failed. Maybe its happening again? Maybe that lot should think about that. Bet a few companies would like that and obtain the assets from a fire sale.

It's interesting that Rabit wastes his life trying to damage the shareholder opinion here. Even if people decided to buy PANR shares thats secondary market, not primary. PANR overwhelming problem right now is they want to start operations in the next 4 / 5 weeks and don't have the funding in place, and worse, have a revolving credit facility at a whopping 10% interest rate to cover general company costs. As I've said before, its poor management to allow themselves to get into that position....and thats because its a business run by engineers, not business people.
Maybe they'll pull the rabbit out of the hate (couldn't resist) but doesn't detract from the point....they should have planned not to push it to the wire...market doesn't like that sort of thing.

I might be wrong, but it's highly unlikely. You're also getting mixed up between who owns what, who is taking shares in lieu and who invested directly and completely separately to any associated costs. Anyway, you're more than welcome to live in your little world or inaccuracy.
