Tend to agree. There can always be speed bumps along the way but a number of previous unknowns are now aligning.

Fact it AIM is the wrong market for companies that have dealt with / have material pathway forward for challenges.

The company know this too.

The AIM listing will become the tail of the dog soon enough and then all the little wannabe nickle and dime day traders will be battered down by the professionals

Feels like a drop in the AM to try to service large buy orders and recovers later. People will argue the rights and wrong but ultimately the fundamentals will win through.

Spencer increasing his long at >5%…mangoes short at 1%…still think the long interest will win this over soon enough.

Don’t ever have many more quarters for the loan repayment dilution. And that’s if panr will still dilute to pay. Maybe the long term test will allow sale of oil to subsidise future quarter payments?

The assumption is they will sell all of them.

Whilst as expect that too, they may have the flexibility to run some risk over the result period.

What we can say is this quarter the dilution was less with the higher price…and very much hoping a positive drill and a higher price will make subsequent quarters even less dilution

I pointed out a number of challenges a year ago re:funding and strategy - he ignored the email and would appear a vast majority of it is occurring ..so I scooped up what was left of the money and left.

He’s massively out of his depth and given the last taker of the cash raise has been burnt from 0.16 down to 0.10, I’m guessing next time there won’t be a price.

PANR can wait and pick up the oil leases to the south of their boarder from a fire sale which is building as they chop in Alaska leases and by some misguided and unfunded dream, move to Namibia.

I don’t miss the frustration of this share…now without the excitement or opportunity

Wouldn’t surprise me if mangrove have been in the market today (and looks like they have for the vols) if they tried to clear in a single day…they probably would be at more risk stretching it out and may not be as ‘orderly’. Once the 🐱 is out of the 💼 then you’re better off moving swiftly.

It’s not just about the demand to clear the short…it’s a bit more fundamental in my eyes.

Mangrove thought that there was something off about the company and its opportunity that meant the share value should be lower. And that contrary position impacted others “what if mangrove are right” If they now have the realisation that position was not accurate it’s not just mangrove buying back but also others with more certainty there is a lower likelihood of a “gotcha” hiding in the closet

I know…I’m in the industry but they won’t know private decisions about when to close or not…they can only watch the outcomes of any reporting changes like us or what they hear on the street…which we may not hear

We as PIs can help ourselves though by making the actioning of time decision painful…by reducing the available supply collectively

Push them well through 20…if not 30+

Their assumptions were wrong…and in finance if you bet on your assumptions then expect to be rewarded or punished

They have to accept they should be punished, significantly
