Their LeakVISION robots fix the leaks so there’s definite crossover. They are seemingly targeting a different market though with larger scale utilities. Perhaps their costs are significantly higher so no direct competition for consumers but was of interest all the same

I was interested reading about Synthotech and their Leak Vision product which is being marketed to fix gas and water leaks. I wonder what level of competition this is. I’d be interested to see the boards view on the competitive landscape

Agreed 1pencil. What's for sure is that there will be no fire sale here. The company is not in dire straits, quite the opposite. The directors are have skin in the game and the key shareholders will want a return. Huge over reaction to the announcement. This is actually a great buying opportunity! Unfortunately, the markets are so spooked atm that any uncertainty causes people to take flight

Wilbur Ellis would be a natural acquirer given their close relationship but I don’t believe that’s likely because they would’ve been discussing that behind the scenes if a deal was to be announced, rather than making a public statement.

I don't think de listing is likely, as they don't have the capital to buyout shareholders, unless they sell to private equity. I think this is unlikely because the directors are personally invested here and will want a return on that

The SP drop is a joke. Literally no fundamentals have changed. AIM is a cesspit atm though so no wonder they're reviewing options. I'm not sure what would be more suitable, perhaps moving to the US. If that's the case, I will remain invested, and ride the wave back up. Company has great potential

Comms could be improved but this is pharma and timelines are long. Let’s see what the results reveal next week. They’re still advertising roles to grow the team which indicates confidence. I remain confidence. Recent SP drops are just the usual AIM malaise and lack of news. The SP has dropped a lot on very few sells

$18m cash left at the end of 2022. Given cash burn is about that on annual basis, it’s likely they’ll need to raise cash before year end. Unless they manage to secure a licensing agreement

The real question is whether the company is able to generate any commercial (and SP) momentum, like they suggest in the RNS, to make people enact the warrants to continue to fund the company. It seems optimistic to me

Seems the case maplin. The presentation was more of the same, jam tomorrow. And it wears rather thin after all these years. I wasn't inspired by the presentation or the new directors. If Austin really believed in the future, he would buy some shares. He is clearly waiting for the next fundraise before he makes an entry (if at all)

I don't expect Ondo to need to raise cash, unless they need to rapidly scale up manufacturing. They have recurring revenue streams which should support expansion.

A couple of points to be aware of are the warrants at 5p and 12p (most are at 12p) and there's a £6m loan at 10% interest with first payment in 12 months time. None of these concern me or would deter me from investing at these levels (I bought some yesterday and am trying to add today but keeps going to auction!) GLA
