I am concerned that we are not going to get a payment in time to cover the costs of next month and so, sadly, I think another placing will be required. There have been comments over the past few months saying that we would need to finance ourselves until after Xmas and I think this is the case. My logic is that normal business practice is that the receiver of goods normally has an invoice window of 28 days minimum and I have no reason to believe this could be different here. I have a largish holding, and with hindsight one placing in August to take us to January 2021 would have been much more business like and negate the need for monthly begging bowls. I have no doubt we will be at a realistic SP level around .50p by Easter but it does chip away at your confidence in yourself for making the investment decision and VAST for their handling of the situation. Moving forward we have to be much pore professional or else we will fail due to the inadequacies of the BoD - sadly. Any way chin up and here's to January 2021.

How I love your subtle deramping. The first shipment, whilst important financially, has a far higher value in stating to you and all other sceptics that this an ongoing concern that will ramp up and become a profitable business. I do not know you but you know that a business increases production as it consolidates its processes. You come across as a sensible individual but what people have to realise is that for a new investor this is a great opportunity and for existing investors they are on the cusp of returns on their investment. A business cannot start without significant capital. Regards

Surely the shorter have to buy to close their position. They borrow shares, sell them and buy back at a lower price. At least that is my understanding. If they were selling then they are actively shorting rather than closing position. Please correct me if I am incorrect

My god what is the matter with you lot. It was obvious finance was not going to be agreed in September and the sp dripped downwards. You had the chance to get out and buy in lower but no you instead have continuously berated the company the you, ALLEGEDLY, have share of. There is nothing wrong with not selling but don’t complain about it. Depending on your average, if it is under .40 I suspect you will be rewarded. Try being positive, I.e. here is a company on the point of delivering with a market cap of less than 20m. IMO of course.

Could someone explain to me how the share price is 10% below the placing price. It cannot be the placees selling else they would be losing money so is this something more dubious? Thanks in advance for any responses.

Your last comment on 8/1/2020 was bought recently and waiting for signing everyday. That is not a comment based on fundamentals but a dreamers and you got it wrong. By the way I have more shares than the placing and it is on average about 5% of the daily trades so no impact except for dreamers like you. Do some research and understand the business is not about diamonds.
