Now there is an opportunity’s to be rewarded so take heart and back your investment not continually slate it off. This is one of the best examples of false news with people saying placing, raising, folding to bring fear to people invested and deprive them of their savings. No one and I mean no one on this board has a clue. I, in my naivety perhaps, read official RNS and lean towards their truthfulness. Yes there have been delays but the spics on here are unhappy because they have not caught the rainbow they were chasing. If you think you can reopen amine on 5 million pounds then you really should not be investing. This board is swamped with trolls and more have joined recently apart from the regulars and we know who they are. If you are invested and not after a fast buck then hold and you will be rewarded. The purpose of the raise (and I am not in favour of it by the way) is effectively to provide security to the lender that VAST has a positive cash position. I think, but do not know, that the funds with remain on the books as some form of security and we will use the revolving credit facility (would be nice) for ongoing operations making payments from our sales. IMHO and happy to be challenged by sensible commentary.

Daniel the best way for you to get your money back is to put it in premium bonds as you obviously cannot read. I will remind you. The placing to raise the funds is completer i.e. $ required and £ placed. No worries about apologising

Antharry.....if you have as many real shares as you say and I only have around 10m then a little bit of me says I hope this fails because you have been such a negative troll. I might suffer a bit of pain but knowing yours is greater than mine would make it perversely worthwhile. Then I thought about the other 1000's of investors and wish them a prosperous new year.

Another amateur who did not sell his Sound shares when they were above 60p. I see this company as a Phoenix and have invested heavily over the last 6 months. I have empathy for those with high averages but this is the time to average down, recover losses and make a decent profit over the next 12 months.

Shares were admitted on 25th and there is a 12 month lock-in. So are they selling their other shares ?

Ant… if you are going to post something post the full relevant paragraph, namely:
Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, is pleased to confirm that it has received the detailed facility agreement from the international banking institution (the ‘Bank’) in relation to the previously announced asset backed debt financing linked to Vast’s now 100% owned Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine (‘Baita Plai’) in Romania.
I interpret this to be the detailed facility agreement which is relevant to the asset backed finance not instead of. Happy to be corrected by evidence not manipulation of wording.
