Without AM foresight to purchase atomic and then CUDA it would have been goodbye Vienna. Whilst I agree with you and your process I think June 18 is the key date as the appeal deadline is met and things are then just subject to payment etc ergo administration. This should’ve relatively quick as we are the operator. As stated previously the appeal can only be made if an error has allegedly been made in the process not for the size of the bid. The fact 2 courts in 2 countries have reviewed and approved suggests to me that due diligence in the process has been followed and adhered to. All the best to LTH and let’s look forward to the rewards the patience will bring.
