I hope a lot of you are making the most of this as it is very unusual behaviour for a share with 12 billion inflow of which roughly 8,000,000,000 in nominee accounts not sure how long this is gonna last up until drilling so make the most of it and de risk and free carry. If the oil does flow you can buy in on better footing and your previous free carry i’ll give you a little bit of a leeway to average down below the buying price a little strategy that I’m prepared to take no trading advice given just my opinion. 1.5p Is the psychological resistance level . Once this is breached and re-tested as long as it holds then it is potentially towards 2p...

Ps Just seen 88 energy on the German exchange as well send must explain the huge volume so far of 976 million

I generally feel the Americans see a bargain with 88 energy and what I’ve read on Twitter and YouTube they do see a good play. The rest to reward is very enticing for them and don’t forget we had a lot of shares already held in nominee accounts so there is around 4 billion free-floating and if people are buying big in box of fiveMillion, 10 million, 20 million ive even seen 40 million traded last Friday .. so Anything is possible based on sentiment and momentum how are you trade it is key. Personally if I got in at .06p and doubled my money are definitely free carry if I thought that knurling had a good chance of success to flow oil nothing to lose on a free carry..

ii brokers willing to take 3 million off my hands for 1.413p straight off the bat woahhh... I’m a couple of grand from break even .. haven’t felt that disturbance in the force for a long time... 88e on CBNC 1.45p :-)

Yep lol free curry as well. Using speech to text and it mis hears what I say so hit n miss lol.. Defoe free carry of shares is the derisk answer unless you take it all of the table as profit.. best of luck to all

Yep can confirm that 88e is on CBNC tickering across every couple of senconds with sp triangle bought going up... 1.5p is my break even...definitely will be derisking this week for sure as there are no Guarantees that sentiment and Momentum will continue For example people could piling for the week and trade it take some profit and free curry in case oil does flow how much they free Carrie is the key and it does look good with the volume in numbers...

That is the million dollar question alot of people in here will be pondering over the next week or two. My thoughts are being cautious and conservative and nothing is guaranteed in the aim casino.

1: if it goes beyond break evens for some will you sell and not look back or wait until drilling and see if oil is discovered and buy back in but with a smaller amount
2: there is no guarantee that oil will be flowing it could hit water or condensate again, and the sp drops and those who didn’t sell or take profit will be locked in until next year drill program.?
3: this could be the only time it goes up to 1p some may have bought more and avg down

I didn’t have the opportunity to buy at .03 last year but if I did I would of sold and taken that particular trade as profit and kept the rest as free carry to avg down my shares while retaining money for another potential sp move, I know a few on here have lowered their avg to around 0.06 to 1p from higher prices using this very brave strategy..

Just hypothesising that if the Reddit crew did have some hand in the shares going up Friday all the big bulk of millions bought and sold, if they keep up the momentum for the next couple of weeks until drilling results potentially we could go beyond 1.5p which is breakeven for a lot of people and profit for those who are average down below 0.8p. They certainly have nearly doubled their money and or free carried.. fingers crossed this continues in OZ, one thing I know MM’s hate sticky fingers so the more liquid the share the tighter the spread, you just have to time the amount they are willing to let you buy and sell .. doing dummy buys/sells . On Friday I did a dummy sell of 2million at .083p and a buy of 20000 at .083p first time I’ve seen that on ii account around 4pm ish onwards

Hi blingybird. Was just looking at the candlestick chart pattern for 88 energy on the daily candlestick for the year I noticed April 2020 was when the share price dropped from .00928p to .004p this gap has been filled on Friday ...the 2 big main gaps occurred on do you like 2014 first one dropped from 11.5p to 9p and the second one at the end of July going into August was 7p dropping to 4P gap so both of those potentially have to be re-filled... no I know for most sceptics and bashers will Probably say that 88 energy would be hard pushed to get to those prices this year and or next Considering the share dillution is 12 billion, but with 11 potential choices Dave has made for us it is feasible to say in two years time we could be over 10p if a few of these choices came good. IMHO

Great timing to post why the shut down was needed because Dave and Eric and the rest of the oil experts needed to know if the rocks were at a certain imbibing level, something some posters seem to miss...

With the results we knew that the bitumen was the cause and area A into part of B was the better place to drill the HRZ as a moustache/rainbow kind of shape as Dave Described it. Shame some posters seem to neglect to mention this while character assassinating others without any facts..

Dave has done a great job of creating these options and getting strategic leases to optimise our chances over the next 2 more years, better than nothing or relying on just the HRZ ... yep we have been unlucky with PMO, winx and icewine (bitumen)

I wouldn’t say this was a definite trading share but it ha had its few swing trade over the years for people to derisk and avg down or break even to get out into something safer and less volitile, can’t understand complainers who should learn by their choices...nothing is guaranteed in oil exploration and it has been very hit and miss I no doubt made a lot of us Grayer maybe wiser and probably not as much richer. For those who sensibly dearest kudos to you and if you’re still in here you’re very brave.

Just been reading reports about Texas and some of the adjoining states that are now confirmed as emergency disasters one report highlighted below is rather concerning for people living in Houston and of course Paul Bazinski family live their

I kid you not it’s like a mirrored parallel universe from the movie “the day after tomorrow” Listening to these extreme weather reports. Climate change deniers this has to be THE wake up call of ALL wake up calls, This happened 30 years ago .

Don’t count your chickens just yet, PANR Have yet to flow test all four levels, Yes if one flows that will still be good especially if it overlaps onto our acreage as well which judging by FIG.1 in the RNS for 88e It looks like at least a third into our acreage if not a quarter minimum. Four years ago Dave and Paul was asked this question and Steve replied about Unionisation to combine the same play and work out a deal on two separate acreages so fingers crossed Dave has done the job securing some deal if this happens..

As for Merlin and hopefully Harrier, Minimum if Merlin comes in we should see 2 1/2p imho but you never know how the aim casino works?

You are right and an interesting point to raise. Definitely a strong possibility. The amount of options and possibilities Dave wall has drummed up over the last couple of years have left us in a better position than just relying on the HRZ which has been reduced in size over the years. Yes we have been unlucky and yes some odd choices but looking back Dave has done as much as he can to leave us on a good footing and stronger chances of success..

If we do go into production of some sorts in the not so distant future, I would like to think we at least sell what we need of the family silver to a: buy back a chunk of shares so we don’t need to consolidate them b: be debt free c: have money to improve on our chances of success in oil or other diverse ventures by sustained income revenue or capital growth which I would like to think may include dividends.

At this current Climate and understandably so and I remember Dave wall not many people will be left originally originally invested when we get into buyout/production. I would’ve thought Dave would be around after that fact but things change and nothing is set in stone thats life, it throws curve balls and challenges you, “prepare for the worst and hope for the best” diversify Your portfolio too manage the risks involved. do due Diligence and Be accountable for the choices you make.. Et cetera et cetera

Get ahead of schedule a bit earlier to allow a leeway buffer in case of the unexpected Causalities.
If a drill depth of 11,000ft on a normal shift takes a month + 1week logging + extra for flow testing (see jan to April 2020 rns’s) would 6000ft drill on a double shift only take a week instead of two? To be ahead of the weather and to maximise the possibility of 2 drills ( depending on conditions)

Recent rns states snow/ice road completion hopefully due on 14/2/21. I would recommend going back to early last years rns’s to check on previous ice road and drilling/ loggining/ spuding dates and gauge a rough timeline.

Although consider Erik opstad did say that workers will be doubled up in shifts to speed along the drilling caused by the permit delay and or maybe get ahead earlier

Judging by the previous year there were no cash raise in February through to March and April IMHO, ice roads due to be finished by Sunday so could be rig or road news.. if it is cr then it’s needed..

Does that mean the drilling will take 1 week instead of 2 because of 24/7 x2 12 hr shifts or is that factored for the 2 weeks drill plus 1week logging ?
And will the mobile rig be on the move now to meet at the end of the ice road and pad contruction?
