Ben Wallace confirms big increase in defence spending in the uk, should be excellent news for RR, this follows recent American $1.8 billion defence contracts won by RR.
Many other countries will follow this and do the same, just a waiting game for huge revenues.

We all agree that SMRs will be a big challenge but the uk needs to be more supportive, RR also need to step it up and not sit back as other major companies may land grab.

2023 would be big for RR, this is when hopefully dividends return, this relies on decent profits which IMO will be very good. Bringing back dividends would provide certainty about this company's financial well-being as well as show that it has now become a stable company. This would attract investors and creates demand for their stock which intern will stop short sellers looking for a return
Does anyone know if these planes are using the RR Trent engines or GE, hope it’s RR

Moodys report last month on RR showed it’s credit rating improving from negative to stable
RR are doing the right things, market aside with increased revenue new deals, and also the debt reduced should see a positive rating which will attract major investors.

The American defence spending is massive for RR, they have a lot of faith in RR to deliver.
This Pentagon contract that has recently been signed is additional to the the contract that RR signed last year which was worth $2.6 billion to support the USAF’s commercial engine replacement program for its Boeing B-52 Stratofortress bomber aircraft.
We will soon hear news on a bigger contract for black hawk V280 Valor replacement program,

All branches of the U.S. armed forces fly aircraft powered by Rolls-Royce engines. That includes C-130 and C-130J transports, V-22 tiltrotor aircraft, and Global Hawk and Triton high-altitude unmanned aircraft. Rolls-Royce also powers the Navy’s MQ-25 unmanned carrier-based refueling aircraft, and recently won the B-52 re-engine program for the Air Force. Rolls-Royce also provides engines, propellers and other equipment for Navy ships and Army vehicles.
We don’t just have to rely on increased flights to bring in the cash, another big revenue stream is defence orders, RR manufacturer nuclear reactors for the Royal Navy, Anson's nuclear reactor will not need to be refueled during the boat's 25-year service. Since the submarine can purify water and air, she will be able to circumnavigate the planet without resurfacing. The main limit is that the submarine will only be able to carry three months' supply of food for 98 officers and ratings. 2 good reads
