Some people took some well deserved profit if they have bought las week or first thing this morning. However, they should have wait a little longer, just my opinion. Bought quite a few on Friday, first thing this morning and a few more just before 4.00pm, hopefully good news on the way DYOR.

Yes correct Charlie1984 and this will happened after the shares consolidation so we are safe on this side

1) announcement about RHA where off-take partner will be financing the mine
2) Zulu EPO to be granted in first quarter of 2021 and off-take partner to be announced
3) Share consolidation including shares ceiling increase - be careful there as this is when the dilution for new acquisition of new assets will take place
4) Circum sale of shares - will happen one day or not at all, it's imminent as GR has always said

In regard to our Zimbabwe based operations, Premier will now complete a review of RHA Tungsten as requested by our off-take partner as a pre-cursor to the off-taker undertaking to finance this mine back into production. Simultaneous with this, Premier has determined that it should also look to secure its future without the country risk associated with RHA Tungsten and Zulu Lithium and to separate these operations. This announcement was nearly 2 months ago so wouldn't be surprised for an update pretty soon.

Bought £32k worth today as next year will be a transforming year, especially if all the divisions will be making profit.

You are looking at more £50k to £80k + bonus per year starting from the 1st January 2021 so will not affect this financial year except the recruitment fee. Furthermore, this is great news that this new lady have been appointed as she would have great commercial knowledge and open door for distribution in supermarket. So still on course to have all divisions in profit. Stay positive!!!

Yes I know but it will be announced only in 2021 after year end result. Share Market always anticipate so awaiting pretty rerate soon. Furthermore, when we are listed on the US Market, US fund investment will be jumping in and who knows, another competitor could be interested.

Hopefully, profit target can be met by year end and people will wake up. I'm really happy about share price at present as building a little stake for my retirement. What we need is an important contract in 2021 after all these new little contracts this year and I will be more than happy.

Premier African Minerals Limited, announces that it has today entered into an agreement with Amire Glory Limited ("Amire Glory" or the "Buyer") for the sale of Premier's 52% interest in Mozambique-based TCT Industrias Florestais Limitada ("TCT IF"). Premier will retain a 50% interest in the limestone deposit following completion of the Disposal.
So di**h**d curo could you explain where the TCT limestone asset is gone?

How much did TCT and Casa cost PREM shareholders?
Does someone has asked him who is the owner of the limestone asset as not sold and not anymore one of PREM asset?
And now, another gold asset acquisition with 9 months targeted gold production. WOW !!!
Does PREM was a mining company in production in June 2015 at RHA (see RNS).

We need confirmation by RNS when our 50% interest in the limestone deposit at TCT and our shares in ARC were sold as not included in the assets of PREM where not based in Mozambique.

So where are our Arc Minerals shares gone to?

The Casa offer is due to close on 10 May 2018 and Premier has today accepted the Casa Offer. Premier currently owns 412,500 Casa shares representing approximately 4.5% of Casa's issued share capital and will therefore receive as consideration 6,128,822 new Arc Minerals shares ("Consideration Shares"), representing approximately 1.9 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of Arc Minerals. At the last closing Arc Minerals' mid-market price of 2.45p, the Consideration Shares would be valued at approximately £0.150 million.

Could everybody email the crook and ask him where is the 50% interest in the limestone deposit at TCT.

Furthermore, the valuation of PREM after he crash is £17.1m. How could all the assets are valued only for $7m ?

Please could someone ask the crook GR where the $20m owed to PREM is gone as well as the 50% interest in the limestone deposit at TCT
