In the investor meet Q&A Bond said the system will be generating power in the short term (that was 3 months ago now), CE marking commencing this year, expected to take 6 months, and then another 6 months before it’s delivered to a site of ABBs choosing - and this is only a prototype !!!

In the Investor Meet Q&A in March Bond categorically stated there will be no revenue from ABB or the ammonia cracker this year.

‘In the first 4 months of 2024 we’ve already spent £2.6m in inventory build up.’

How much money do they need for inventory to get that £2m Speedy order out the door ???

‘The placing cash isn't needed to give customers any more confidence to buy the products, AFC already had plenty of cash to last well over a year, and the profit on the £27m pipeline of orders to add to that, which if even 15% would be another £4m. ’

So StockTrump thinks AFC are going to deliver the entire £27m order book within one year.

The 8th May presentation says generators expected to hit sites this month, ie May, where are they ? From 8th May to end of May is approx 3 weeks, it has now been 5 weeks and still no announcement, you tell me that is acceptable.

Under this agreement, the two companies have agreed to enter into a Commercialisation Agreement that will see AFC Energy obtain global preferential rights to integrate HiiROC’s plasma-based technology with its proprietary H-Power fuel cell, including an initial reduction in hydrogen cost to AFC Energy derived from the system (cumulatively valued at £2m).

AFC Energy will also be granted exclusive rights to HiiROC’s technology in key regions, including the UK, Europe and Australia, in the field of electrified transportation – including electric vehicles.

What on earth happened to our exclusive agreement here ?

There is clearly a problem with the 30kw Series otherwise Speedy would have had delivery by now AND on the website it would say available to buy now instead of coming soon, same for the S+ 200kw.
