Next week I’d like to see the delivery to Speedy confirmed to justify the recent rise, it’s probably insiders that know delivery has already taken place taking advantage of knowing before everyone else.

Really Ogggs ? No news from ABB, Acciona, Mace, Ricardo, Balfour Beatty, HS2, TAMGO, nothing delivered to a paying customer, lots of news on “progress” like we’ve had for years but no news on anything generating any revenue. One order to Speedy and ourselves, still no news on any units having been delivered and yet were ’expecting’ another £2.7m order from Speedy this financial year. Any news on deliveries on the remainder of the £27m order book ? Shouldn’t the AFC factory be in full swing rather than the 2 units being assembled ?

CN how long have you been invested in AFC ? You do know they have a history of radio silence and then releasing news prior to a fundraise ?

Absolutely CN, we should have news of the Speedy order having been at least partly delivered in the next 2 days if Bonds latest ‘expectation’ of end of this month was correct

I think he could make AFC successful, that’s why I’m still invested, that doesn’t mean I have to believe everything he says and from experience I also know that what Bond doesn’t say quite often gives more clues than what he does say

When you read this from June 2020 did you envisage that almost 4 years later we’d still be working on it and it’s actually been put on the back burner ? No, you rampers all thought we’d be selling it and have huge revenue imminently.

AFC Energy (LON:AFC) said it continues to make good progress with the development of AlkaMem, its technology for electricity production from alkaline fuel cells.

Small scale membrane samples have been sent out, it said, while AlkaMem has been successfully scaled up in size within a commercial-sized fuel cell.

"AlkaMem has continued to show strong operational performance and the ability to scale this into a single commercial-scale fuel cell now means efforts can go into the design and engineering of the HydroX-Cell(S)TM fuel cell stack," said the statement.

Adam Bond, chief executive, added: The AlkaMem product series continues to gain traction with industry and academia and we are delighted to have commenced additional third-party membrane validation activities, in addition to that already conducted with [partner] De Nora.

Exactly CN, you’ve just reinforced the point i made that Bond did not say the assembly wasn’t finished. What you learn over the years is that Bond will only ever tell you half the story hoping people will assume the other 50% is good news when in fact it’s bad news otherwise he would have mentioned it, take Alkamem for example where he told us commercial samples were being sold but didn’t tell us that it didn’t actually work !

And before that Bond said it was a software issue causing the delay

Please name one trial going on at the moment.AFC signed a 5 year supply agreement with Air products to supply hydrogen, AFC are probably venting it as they don’t have the infrastructure to bottle it or…oh I give up it’s pointless arguing with an idiot who spells can’t as carnt

Great to see you keep up with events CN it’s been on there for a few weeks now. I really hope AFC do rub my nose in it, I’ve been waiting for them to do exactly that for over 10 years !

It can produce 400kg a day and it is producing 400kg a day are not the same. If ut was we’d have some serious revenue in the accounts at Oct 31st and it would have been factored in by the brokers but it hasn’t because it’s not a planned future revenue stream.
