Where’s the production line for the S+ series ? There isn’t one.

Yes I’ve been following AFC for years and there’s been countless products with MOUs in the multi millions for delivery this year and yet when it comes to the crunch they’re never quite right or don’t work. Look back at the last 15 years of RNS’s !

NO OF COURSE THEY DON’T, because they don’t exist yet !!! They probably don’t include any value for Alkamem which was actually being sold as commercial samples but is now a little side project that will probably be quietly dropped, when it was spouted as one of three revenue streams. Jeez you really will fall for anything…blue sky thinking LOL !

With AFC is that they announce every little useless bit of non newsworthy information, so the fact that there has been no news regarding delivery in the ‘2024 the year of delivery’ speaks volumes. Also no hockey stick sales curve since the £2m Speedy (and AFC) joint venture order. Ubers say ‘oh they’re busy working behind the scenes’ but years of experience tells us that is simply not true. If there was real progress on delivery of the Speedy order and units being shipped out the door, customers posting how great the generators are etc there would seriously have been no need for the capital markets event. Deliver, simple as that.

It’s not even news worthy, progress on delivery of the £2m Speedy order yes, but that’s being done in house, this is just ‘we’ve been working with this supplier for years and have given them an order’

You had the choice around 12 years ago when the feed in tariff was 45p/kw, I paid £8.5k for a 3.4kw system, I’ve received over £20k in fit payments and my electric bill is half what it used to be, and as the fit rate goes up in line with inflation the payments I receive every quarter will be around £2500 this year. The government should never have reduced the incentive to encourage more people to buy panels.

The award should be linked to the flotation price. It’s ridiculous that they are being rewarded for failure.

CN, ask yourself where is Bond going to find £6m of revenue in the next 6 months ? Even if they deliver the Speedy order in full that’s only £2m, the 200kw unit for ABB won’t be ready until next year so there won’t be any revenue from that, you expect Bond to announce another £4m in sales and deliver it in full before October 31st ?

Ammonia cracking emerges as a promising hydrogen carrier for onboard applications. H2SITE's technology utilizes hydrogen-selective membranes, overcoming thermodynamic constraints of the ammonia cracking process.

By continuously recovering hydrogen, we achieve nearly complete ammonia conversion and higher efficiencies at lower temperatures. This reduces overall energy consumption and footprint.

This hydrogen can then be utilised by hydrogen fuel cells that can contribute to the vessel’s electrical power, or the hydrogen could be consumed directly in an internal combustion engine (ICE)

You absolute 🤡 ! You do realise the 99.99% efficiency relates to the amount of ammonia is converted into hydrogen, not the amount consumed DURING OPERATION ?

CN please ask yourself this, is ammonia is the fuel of the future and whoever develops a world beating ammonia cracker do you seriously believe it will only be AFC and a few others that will be interested ? Your naivety is astounding. Years ago, when you were still wearing your infant school shorts, all the rampers were saying the same think about fuel cell manufacturers, now look, there are literally hundreds possibly thousands.

It’s great to read that others are ahead of us in the ammonia cracking space. I wonder if their cracker is worth more than the AFC market cap, and if industry experts are all drooling over it ? Has Bond at any point mentioned the amount of ammonia consumption for ours ? No ? That’s ok because once we get an RNS saying our worlds first modular ammonia cracker is commercial we’ll get another one saying they are now working on a much more efficient one and all the customers that were eager to buy the ver1 cracker are now going to wait for the ver2.

Do you really want another ABB type deal CN ? Where we sell them something, then slash the price in half AND give them millions in free shares ?

And you know what these analysts will do, they’ll look at the financials against what was promised and say but year after year there’s no traction, nothing to see here.

SP lower than the flotation price, no revenue this financial year, only £200k revenue last financial year, Alkamem put on the back burner, one order from 50+ qualified leads, nothing delivered against said order and no sign of anything being delivered soon, 200kw unit kicked down the road due to software issues or is it finalising wiring, who knows ?? Great value for shareholders. 🥇

Having achieved the majority of commercial metrics, such as power output, longevity and availability, the company expects vast improvements in 2018 as it advances its product to the market.

Adam Bond, chief executive of AFC Energy, said: "In 2017 we completed our three-year plan with the deliverables we promised. The funding put in place early in 2017 allowed us to enhance the 10kW fuel cell system design to support scaling-up of this modular design basis, complete technical milestones to deliver the longevity and reliability required for power plant application and develop the strategic partnerships to underpin the future commercial manufacturing and supply of fuel cells."

During the reporting period, the company also raised £8.1m through a placement, subscription and open offer in March 2017.

AFC energy aims to find commercial applications for Alkaline chemistry fuel cells, which have historically given high power outputs at a high cost.

The company believes it can provide the fuel cells at a low lifetime cost of ownership with high efficiency, working as a clean and renewable alternative to back-up power from diesel generation, which AFC believes will make it "a central and key part" of the new energy economy.

John Rennocks, chairman of AFC Energy, said: "The timing of the move into production could not be better; the world is crying out for stable, reliable, affordable and clean energy. Whether it is an office complex that fears a utility outage, a construction site, a datacentre or a remote village that has never experienced reliable electrical power; all share the same fundamental need for clean, reliable and affordable energy."

Said all rampers every year since long before you showed up. Were you even hear when Bond said we are on the cusp or Rennocks said we’ve got the right products at the right time at the right price ? Or when Bond said we’re on the glidepath to sales, we’re accelerating towards sales, talking to advisers about how best to announce the order book, growing order pipeline with 50+ qualified leads. Any of those ring a bell ? Haggis saying they’re very busy but it’s all under NDA 🤡.

Financial year runs from 31st October so half way through this financial year with estimated revenue of £7m but so far nada.
