Don’t the generators have to be shipped to Germany for FAT testing ?

· Stade facility to become AFC Energy's preferred facility for H-Power Generator factory acceptance testing ("FAT") in preparation for growth in system deployments.

· Collaboration includes a five year hydrogen offtake agreement at the Stade site near Hamburg.

· Confirms AFC Energy's commitment to the European hydrogen market, in particular Germany, which continues to see sizeable growth in market size and hydrogen availability.

· Germany chosen for FAT due to a materially lower price of hydrogen fuel versus the UK

Interim results were 31st July last year, if they don’t show a minimum of £3m revenue (which they won’t) there’s no way we’ll get the expected £5-6m revenue this year.

I’m predicting £0 revenue in the interim results other than some R&D grants

AFC Energy PLC (LON:AFC) has been invited to present its AlkaMem anion exchange membrane technology to industry at the prestigious Fraunhofer Society today focused on an area where it sees "significant growth potential".

AFC's technology, originally designed for its proprietary high energy density fuel cells systems, will be presented in the context of alkaline water electrolysis and green hydrogen generation.

With the EU electrolysis market expected to reach 40GW by 2030, AFC believes "there is now significant growth potential in this market with alkaline water electrolysers expected to deliver a larger percentage of the overall project demand".

The AlkaMem membrane is already being provided to several industrial and academic institutions in Europe under material supply agreements for trials within the field of alkaline water electrolysis with excellent results obtained to date.

The presentation will provide an update on membrane performance, scale up, and use cases within the alkaline water electrolyser industry.

As well as alkaline water electrolysis, potential applications of the membrane are seen in alkaline fuel cells, fuel synthesis, electrodialysis, desalination, acid remediation, salt water batteries and REDOX flow batteries.

Well it seems our ‘partner’ De Nora has done it without our help.

I’ve been here over 10 years red hornet, in that time there have been 3 changes in direction, 3 new websites and 3 new corporate brandings , and you’re telling me it’s early days and more patience is required LOL. I originally bought in at 60p and look where we are now. Not a disgruntled ex employee, but definitely a disgruntled shareholder !

I’ve been critically analysing AFC for years and as you can see from the sp and never having delivered anything commercial I’ve been right all these years

I think you’ll find that most successful companies thrive no matter which party are running the country and what crises are currently affecting the world, it’s mainly Aim companies like AFC that will use these as excuses for their failure to deliver, we’ve had the banking crisis, Covid, the war, Brexit, plus a whole load more. What’s interesting is that none of these crisis have affected Bonds extortionate salary being paid month after month.

Can’t wait to get an order from Komatsu and then the corresponding fundraise to ‘fast track’ deliveries.

Still waiting for £6m of orders to be delivered, now less than 3 months for that to happen.

Not only no deliveries to Speedy but what about the 50+ qualified leads from over a year ago, none of those have been delivered either ! Bond thinks we’ll forget about those fake 50+ qualified leads the same as in another 12 months that fictional £27m order book will disappear

No sales other than to Speedy and 2 prototype units for ABB and Acciona, it’s pathetic. These should be flying out the door, with an imaginary £27m order book, more like £2m plus a lot of wishful thinking. Bond needs to list actual orders not ‘expected’ orders.

A lot of contacts that Bond has built up over the years after years of ‘rubbing shoulders’ with no longer work for the same companies, Frank Muelon an excellent example. Because Bond works at a glacial pace so many opportunities have come and gone under his watch. He needs to go, we keep saying it but he really does, years of delivering absolutely nothing.
