Please don’t keep saying we have no patience, I originally invested in AFC with the hope of making enough money to pay off my mortgage, since my first investment I’ve been made redundant twice, I’ve paid off my mortgage and I’ve lost a parent, and had my car written off in a crash very recently, these are not events that happen every day and it makes you realise just how much a part of your life the long road has been to commercialisation, fortunately I haven’t needed to cash my shares in but there will be many investors over this long road who will have had no choice and I feel genuinely sorry for them. But I also think about my work colleague who’s brother in law lives in Kyiv and has had no heating or electricity and is trying to work and I realise how lucky we all are. Christmas is always a time for reflection and I wish you all the best.

Hi Jim, it’s normal to feel angry that your investment hasn’t performed as you expected but you should be taking your anger out on Bond, anyway, enjoy your gin, it must be the most expensive gin ever produced, how much has it cost you over the last 2 years ?

ABB is different in that they placed a £4m order so there’s no hiding this time.

The reason I posted it was for the comment ‘no clear direction’ which we as shareholders have seen time and time again, from targeting industries that vent hydrogen, new websites, new products, mous, de Nora partnership, Ricardo, Juelich gone ?, hire a PR, company, ditch them, hire an internal comms guy, don’t replace him when he leaves, L series, no S series, we don’t know what series, hydrogen, no, ammonia no, methanol, actually let’s go for all of them, we’re going to sell systems, no we’ll lease them, let’s go for data centres and rail and shipping to divert from ev charging, let’s go for gin production, we’re not interested in small one off orders, wait let’s give one to a gin producer, and on and on and on.

I have never seen such mess in my life from low to high level management.
Cons
Horrible and toxic environment with no clear direction.
There is an arrogant, un-experienced and rude young girl as manager in charge to build a team of scientists which is incapable to understand the different skillset of people.
The high level management is absent with no clear direction plan.
They claim to be sustainable but they have tons of dangerous waste chemicals accumulated.....

So only a year and a half late so far and not a single sale.

For the last month Haggis has been saying they WILL deliver before year end and HAVE BEEN PUTTING ALL THEIR RESOURCES INTO GETTING THIS OUT ON TIME, now he’s saying it might be delivered on the 30th or even the 31st and we won’t hear about it until the new year, you have to hand it to him, great comedy value, anyone know if he’s on TikTok ?

Seriously how long does it take to test something where you put hydrogen in and get power out ? If AFC are using AGILE methodology and the customer has been kept informed at all stages of the project, the trial should simply be yes it works or no it doesn’t. This is really poor and the fact there are no orders is a concern

You need to read between the lines as always with ABs RNSs Alt, why isn’t it a priority ? Alkamem is supposed to be another revenue stream and since we have virtually no revenue you have to question why it’s not a priority

Nothing uses Alkamem, it was deemed a failure.
And there’s that word again ‘expect’, why not say we WILL have the ability to offer both alkaline and hybrid based systems ? Unfortunately nothing which has been ‘expected’ has actually happened so personally I wouldn’t expect we will be offering both systems.

Out in time for Christmas, why not also get your loved one a bottle of gin for a great night in ?

ABs having to rewrite it because he realised it was exactly the same as last years except with less money in the bank, and larger overheads, it takes time and imagination to fantasticlise something that is already fantasy. Personally I can’t wait, it’s like hearing there’s a new Harry Potter book coming out.

There is also a JV with Sweden’s ABB to build locally generated electricity for charging DPD’s fleet of 5,000 delivery EVs where National Grid appears to be unable to deliver capacity. These real world roll outs are likely to chime well with institutional investors.
It would chime very well with investors if they knew about it.

The only hope now is that there will be news in the year end update that we haven’t been informed about via RNS such as a relationship with Enowa, that’s the best we can hope for.

Why only focus of the ABB delivery ? 3-4 years ago we were on the cusp, accelerating towards sales, on the glidepath to sales, multiple revenue streams, multiple unit orders expected end of last year still not materialised, commercial orders expected following power tower trials, everything that comes out of that man’s mouth or keyboard is fiction.

We’ve got Altaaqa as our agent out in the Middle East and not a word from AB about this relationship since it was first announced

What makes me laugh is that the happy club are the ones that are always saying have patience and everything will come good yet they are the abusive angry ones, it should be the other way round, they clearly don’t like people pointing out that they’ve played it really badly believing in Bond

Whatever the reason there is certainly no buzz around AFC, a company supposedly on the verge of hitting the big time, if I was an AFC employee knowing the ABB order was going to be delivered I’d be telling friends and family to pile in.
