thats real kind of you Ken but im good to drive up mate, i do the midlands run quite often and oddly enough enjoy the drive. Have a mate who flys down to see me a few times a year rather than drive and he loves it the strange fella. But if you lot fancy a beach weekend its a good option.

well guys im all booked in and paidup now as well. Didnt book any evening dinner as i cant eat anything normal at the moment (but likely to improve nearer the time) so will pull up a chair and make you all feel guilty lol

I will definately be there, 100%. Could have taken the easy option and stayed at quite a few friends houses in the locality (i lived in Solihull before moving here, and most of my mates are still up that way), but that would spoil the event.
It is a worry about no-one turning up, a risk i suppose, but i think it would be unfair to nom8nate one person to organise the bookings, as they'd have to shell out the cash to the hotel and if somebody didnt show up theyd be out of pocket which would be far worse on them. Might be worth a call to them though and see if a discount could be obtained?
As for knowing anyone on here personally, i dont for sure, so it will be an interesting meet in the bar - i'll be the skinny one carrying yogurt bags, and just hope Craig doesnt arrive in his mankini!

Cant beleive it. once i was diagnosed i said to the mrs i want to see as many of the comedians from Mock the Week as i could before i potentially croaked, am upto about 12 now (theres been 50 odd) and we have them booked up all over the place in random cities,just didnt think to check that before saying yes, sorry lads. (Miltons been the best so far)
