i think they will pay the next divi, after that i have no idea short term, but long term they are a no brainer to me. Trouble is oil market turns on a dime sometimes so very hard to predict now, especially with trump and his oil independance, then you have the ME stuff to chuck in the mix. I can see trump placing a surcharge on saudi etc oil and all those tankers parked up by US heading to China. No one really knows though. The only winners at the moment are the instigators of all this, China

Obviously if some body is buying any airlines excess planes at knockdown prices they are not doing so to use them as garden ornaments, they will want them to be flying.
Therefore all that has happened is that any customers have simply moved to a different airline. Which in effect means the worldwide number of flyers will need to remain constant, just flying under a different banner.
As for refunds at the moment, bit of shady practise going on there i think but can see why the airlines are doing it.

just remember all it takes is a mad mullah firing a rocket at the saudi fields from Yemen and the whole balance of oil changes immediately. I doubt trump would use his patriots to help.

Whether UV is any good (regardless of the authorised consent conditions) will also depend on the turbidity of the final effluent water being discharged into the clearing watercourse. If the water is (in simple terms) cloudy then pathogens 'hide' behind the particles in the water and are shielded from its neutralising effect. Its all pretty clever stuff, but rest assured if its needed in any particular location the water companies will be complying.
