Well as i say, the market says otherwise and in the end thats all that matters.
I personally think SYM has a great product, but the market doesnt, so the price stays low (i dont hold before accused of ramping by anyone)
The SP with rya has been/is remarkably constant at the current area.
Of course there will be a variety of all sorts of opinion out there from a whole gaggle of differing institutions, brokers, pension funds and the like, easy to pick any from the pile for ones narrative justification, either way, just imho not worth the trouble given that the SP is what matters.
Given the disruption to the whole world economy, comparing fortune telling TA charts, previous historys, PE ratios and companies with differing business models against each other etc etc is just not realistic nor a sensible way to judge anything at the moment, in essence the whole stockmarket has simply become a giant 'fingers crossed' gamble currently.
look at crypto, up and down like a *****s draws, gold shares struggling even with inflation on the way and a decentish high price, the opposite of what you would expect. Nome of it makes much sense when compared to more 'usual' times, the ways of measuring value of old have changed. Tesla etc, just complete nonsense.
Doesnt mean i dont agree somewhat that all airlines are high, given the circumstances. but rya is particularly consistant for good reason and with the covid troubles reducing somewhat (read more acceptance of flying by world governments) then i would suggest that the worst of the storm has passed, and rya (without the drag of an expected dividend and huge dilution like others) will pick up at a faster rate.
The media (bless em) is full of people wanting a break away, there is a huge demand for it and once all the political shenanigans by people like Merkel, Macron, Boris etc diminish with the reduction in deaths public opinion force a return of more normality, and imho better times for airlines.
For my particular case, why would i want to get off the boat when im through the worst of the storm?
