I have been sitting in the sidelines for several weeks now, but so far have not invested.....a major factor in my hesitation I regret to say, is that this Board has all the hallmarks of the SXX board, just before that all went pear shaped,. In other words we have all the rampers , and the unbridled optimism, creating a climate of wild and unrealistic expectations, which obscures the more realistic expectations

I think , with respect, it is perhaps a bit misleading to suggest that "there is a good chance this will happen"..... It should happen, but whether it will is largely dependent upon who the new chairman will be

My understanding is that the CEO does in fact have a "media background". In any event I agree that the SP is significantly undervalued even on fundamentals. £2.00 would not be unreasonable at all

I looked at the detail of what was said in the RNS, weighed up the options open to us in the light of the detail of what was said. I concluded that there was a greater probability of the final offer price being lower than 5.50, than higher. I therefore on reflection, and with reluctance sold out yesterday for 5.50. .... A bird in the hand and all that. I had a concern that any prospect of this being a multi bigger was unrealistic, but was happy to jump on the band wagon. Anyway. Even although I am now out, I will watch with interest from the side lines as to how this now plays out

I think I might hold at this stage as well. Duggan must obviously think there is more value here somewhere, otherwise he wouldn't be embarking on this process. Whether us small individual PI's ever see any uplift from current levels is however doubtful in my view

Ken, I agree with you, and assume that the delisting from AIM is to avoid Duggan having to acquire the entire equity, I suppose the issue for us small PI's is .... Do we vote in favour of the resolutions and hope that at some stage in the future the value of our investment here will increase?.....Or do we just cut and run, and sell out ? (in my case at a loss).... I am inclined to the first option but would be interested in everyone else's views

It's not so much that Corbyn is not ruthless enough in debate, I think, with respect, most people realise that Corbyn and McDonnell would be fundamentally a disaster for the country. Bad for business, and bad for anyone with savings or investments, or planning to rely on pension income.... taxes would go up, investment would go down....it would be a disaster
