I also think it is worth keeping in mind, that John Malone who controls Liberty, also owns Formula One. There could therefore be a lot of sense, in Liberty buying ITV, and BT sPorts, and using ITV to broadcast both football and Formula one

@Gerryjo, I have not been on here very much in the last couple of days, but from your post, I have inferred that the recent downward pressure in the SP has largely been attributed to GH selling half his holding..... Can I ask if that has in fact been established, or is that speculation?

@5eights... Great post, and these advertising revenue numbers seem exceptionally positive. Hopefully Britbox will also value up as well, to have a favourable impact on the SP

Very good trading update this morning, with strong online sales. The company seems to be in a pretty strong cash position cash wise in spite of the recent Pandemic restrictions. Hopefully a good set of full year results on 30th June, and an increase in the SP in the run up until then

Good evening all, I have had ECR on my watch list for some time , and have followed the SP movement over recent months. I was tempted to invest some months back at below 3, and then watched it climb to above 4.2 and thought I had missed the boat. Now that the SO has fallen back to where it now is, Can I ask those of you more knowledgable than I am on this, is the recent drop in the SP entirely due to the placing, or is there more to it than that?

@Rock8, no I dont think so. More probably a paid de-ramper. If you take a look at his posting history, it is all negative, and comprises posts on various BB's and ALL in very negative terms

@Do8erman, I wouldn't disagree with your forecast for the SP over the next few months. I am expecting the trading update to be positive, and the next set of results to disclose an improving performance. I suspect the business is doing a lot better than the current SP might suggest
