There is absolutely no reason to think the SP will fly on Tuesday. The SP will only fly on news and at that only if it is good news which in all likelihood could take 3 months or mare.

There will be "NO " peoples vote as you call it, that was kicked into touch by the Bahamas Government.

What concerns my greatly on here is the lack of information on the bore samples. They started with the auger back in Jan/Feb and surely the samples must have been tested in the South African lab by now. What do we take from the deafening silence concerning these results ?

Yakee, correct me if I am wrong but seem to remember you as one of the long term shareholders on here. I said last week that I thought all the news had been taken into account in the 200% rise after which the SP would stay between 2.5 and 3.5 allowing for a rise on sentiment and a fall on profit taking. I see nothing to change my mind and think that trend will continue until further news. If I am correct in thinking you are a long term shareholder you will know how volatile this company can be on the market with very little information.

Don't have any option but to hold, my investment is almost worthless now and am just waiting for the end when I lose the lot.

Not chancing averaging down, to me with this company could be throwing my money away. If I lose so be it's my risk.

I was merely pointing out that all the speculation about who the major oil company is and the fact that Bill Schrader is also a board member of Amarada Hess. ( a major player in the oil game.)

What seems to be another forgotten fact is Bill Schrader and his connection to Amarada Hess.

Wasn't Statoil involved to a small extent originally but walked away and certainly since then no interest from any company major or small.

At this moment in time I would personally not put any money into this share. I have been in here for years and watch my investment shrink by 96% and see no way forward in recouping my money.

Its easy to solve the Degsey problem, just do as I have and filter him so that you don't see any of his crap comments.

Think you are right, I couldn't remember the company name but Emirates National Oil Company rings a bell, they also owned all the petrol stations in the UAE.

When I said we had no big players I was not talking about shareholders who have 1,2,or4 million whatever. They are small time investors like me, you need pension funds buying up 200/300 million shares they are the ones who eventually have clout.

Yes I held Dragon oil for a long time as well, bought in at 3p then we had the consolidation which reduced my holding so bought more at 34p.Nice little earner that was !

Dragon oil had a 52% major shareholder and they wanted to buy out the other shareholders. Fortunatley we had some big players as shareholders ( Bailey Gifford was one ) and when �6.00 was offer it was voted down, then �7.00 and finally �8.00 was accepted.
