This is probably not helping at the moment - significant price pressure in Chian on drugs, mainly generics, but the entire sector is being hit. U.S Investor sentiment against China Co's also likely to increase as the CFO of Huawei has just been arrested in Canada and the U.S request extradition.

That was prior to the FALUCA problem with Fruquintinib in NSCLC

6.03 million ADR's traded on NASDAQ today, circa $207m worth of stock. That is unprecedented, I do not recall seeing that level of trading since the first IPO.

I meant to add that collaborations with Co's developing drugs that target checkpoint proteins on T-Cells is interesting. It seems that T-Cells is now a major focus in Oncology.

2. Innovent Biologics - IPO'd in HK in early Nov
3. Taizhou Hanzhong Pharmaceuticals - private
4. Genor Biopharma - private (majority owned buy Hill House Capital)

We've really only come to expect positive news as bad news has been very rare (523 dose issues is the last I can think of......I suppose as the pipeline is so large and deep bad news is to be expected sometimes. My strategy is different, I only buy as I cannot time the skin off a rice pudding.

amones, with regards to the MSCI China Index I believe it's entirely down to the individual funds as to when they choose to invest in Companies that are part of the index. Funds that have a mandate to track the index will usually need to hold stocks in the index, but are not compelled to do so. Some may start to take a position at any time, not necessarily from the date of inclusion.

Thanks for these miti - I didn't realise the possible inclusion in the Nasdaq Biotech Index, that should provide a welcome boost
