Asking a Company's Board about their responsibility for eroding shareholder value is a perfectly legitimate question mike, it often happens at AGM's. You should attend one. I can understand your bitterness bearing in mind your financial loss.

Red Flag 5 = Company's success is reliant on one key asset or Project

However please note my Opinion in the left hand box based on the current situation and share price

forget 5.25p it was 9p only 2 years ago.......since then it has lost 71% of its value. The Co. needs to inject new confidence but unfortunately its success/failure is entirely in other parties hands, which is a major issue forthe investment case
