Amazing isnt it?
Its as if some assume that once you have invested your own money, that if decisions made by the BOD subsequently loses you money, that you should have no reason to complain.
After all no-one forced you to invest.
But then, no-one forced the BOD to try and frack IW2 with a vertical well only
No-one forced the BOD to focus on non-conventional rather than conventional
No-one forced the BOD to go ahead with IW2 when they had limited experience instead of dealing with a farm out to begin with
No. No-one forced them to do any of that, but they did and ultimately its cost us all
To then say, what would I do differently? Well unless im mistaken im not paid to run this company, we employ a BOD to do that and they, like everyone else should live and die by their own decisions.
Instead, DW wants a bonus paymwnt scheme in place to you know, keep our best people interested.
Best people?
Who are they exactly?
What have they delivered in 4years other than cash raise after cash raise and an SP that is about to fall below 1p?
At what point am I as an investor supposed to know better than the 'experts' who run this company?
They have the data, they have the information, they make the decisions. Decisions which have proven to be bad.
I can kick and scream as much as i like after the event as its only after the event can a PI know the full details of success but again we arent privvy to sensitive data of cores etc so other than researching who are on the BOD and seeing their credentials can you make a so called informed decision.
Im now making an informed decision.
I now know that DW and his team havent delivered and that is factual. Thats research. To deny as such and tell people who have invested their own hard earned into this that, "no-one forced them to do it" is frankly appalling.
As did you have knowledge and availability of the data prior to the decision to flow IW2?
No you didnt, so stfu
