We live in interesting times indeed

That even if we get the Xodus report proving commerciality, even if the flow test from Kimmeridge shows a gusher that any spikes in SP will be short-lived
As we are all sat here convincing ourselves that this will re-rate on a good RNS or two but recent history here and elsewhere on the Weald says otherwise
So for the first time ever I'm going to adopt a trading strategy here as it seems that no matter what news is released there are forces at play intent on suppressing the SP

B or Bravo flag does indeed relate to the bunkering operation.
The P (Pap) flag or Blue Peter Flag will be flown to indicate she is about to leave port
Before that happens you also need to look out for the G(Golf) flag which indicates the vessel requires a pilot which will be changed to the H flag which resembles the National flag of Poland, to indicate "I have a Pilot onboard"

In addition to these being flown, the Port State flag will be flown along with the House flag or Bluewater Flag in this case

When you see those flags then we can all begin to get excited

The water cut observed is a concern
They've proven oil is down there and will free flow which is great but until they can prove their theory regarding the water cut and that they can isolate it, then the market will still be wary to go balls deep

The pump may well be removed but surely until we get official news as to why, then we deserve what we get!
I'm not saying it is free flowing or it isn't but that's the whole point, until official confirmation then this is a ramping exercise until then, be careful on what you do with this "information/assumption"

Fast stroke rate is an indication that the pump is drawing a vacuum and not pumping any liquid.
Slow and steady is the way to pump fluids, depending on the pump type/model and any restrictions caused by pipeline sizes etc then anything from 10- 30strokes a minute will be all thats needed to ensure good flow

To read some of the comments on here with a severe lack of patience on display, I can only assume that some think that drilling an oil well and getting it to flow are as simple as nipping to your shed, pulling out the Black & Decker. Selecting "Hammer" and pointing it downward at the ground.

Im assuming that any farm in or takeover will only occur once the project has been derisked substantially.
So in my mind, that means get the gas flowing from VOS#1, prove the financials and sort out the Bobby Gray estate situation.
Do all that by the end of Q4/2018 and we will be sitting under someone elses Christmas tree, neatly wrapped with a bow on.

Before sea trials commences a lot of the survey work will be carried out alongside the dock. This will have been ongoing throughout. As she is at a wet berth, and subsequently floating then a lot of the basics can be done alongside for Class Certification.
All paperwork and will be checked to ensure everything is in place and various State, Port and Class inspections will be ongoing, witnessed and signed off.
The actual putting to sea part to do final checks and tests shouldnt last too long as pretty much everything can be checked whilst alongside.
Im not sure what DP controllers she has fitted (i seem to recall Kongsberg from somewhere) so some testing will need to be complete if she is to be sailed back under her own steam as they need to ensure everything does what its supposed to do.
However, im not 100% if she will wait full FMEA testing of the DP controllers when back in Europort as they wont be needing the DP capability until just before going on station.

Its concerning as to why revenues have fallen though, especially as the focus surely has to be on sales right now?
