Thanks .... just it’s important folks understand the quarterly affects on companies added to the DGXJ index - definitely great news - not only for an accelerated s/p gain but also for the awareness amongst the wider commercial investment providers - of course the main value is the underlying assets GGP own - great time to be an investor in GGP with so much more in the tank - IMHO not too late to join the party - depending on our new exploration targets - if positive then we should be looking at 60p - 110p T/P - ALB

Good afternoon everyone, The typical pattern ahead of rebalances is lots of buying before the event and an underwhelming movement on the day. A few years ago there were trading opportunities but now the rebalances are well choreographed by the players who act on behalf of Van Eck. It was pointed out here a week or two ago that GGP could be added to the GDXJ and you can be sure that a bunch of brokers have published reports a few weeks ago predicting the same.

More often these days is that addition to the index marks a short term top in the share price.

Obviously the market is only now starting to realise the true underlying value of GGP - good move by the BoD to hold back the first Scallywag drill results which will super boost the s/p even further next week! GLA
