Schlemiel doesn't have the balls to stay long term...he showed us that over at GGP ....he then came back in again at solgold and now he yet again doubting.... with his patience levels he should become a trader NOT an investor....Sorry Schlemiel, but your posts here and elsewhere point me to that conclusion. Just goes to show you that the market likes certainty ....as soon as Solgold starts to show a clear route to production and cashflow generation then watch this company explode even with further dilution. Holding here and GGP as an investor for the long term. ATB

A big thank you from me to Gervaise...An extraordinary stewardship over the years he was at the helm of GGP with CB.

But, to be honest and IMO I just think Gervaise wanted to step down for his own personal reasons (£33m+ incl options ) and it's not a case of he's the wrong man to take GGP forward. Whilst SD has v.good experience and I am sure he will do a good job at GGP, from what I can see he has no experience of being a CEO....Anyway time will tell. GLA

Last time GDXJ bought the S/P obviously substantially increased in the week leading up to their purchase (so this week) and then the week following dropped considerably ....traders delight - but for us long term holders we want to see it hold and thats why I think GH (if the Scallywag results are as expected outstanding & the labs get the assays back in time) will release next week! BWTFDIK - just speculating.

Well IMHO if Scallywag is a dud we will see the RNS this week what with all the fun and games of the GDXJ fund buy-in - but as I expect (with the results being outstanding) we will see it being announced to the markets next Monday/Tuesday which would be perfect timing to not only hold but springboard the S/P to the next levels 40p+. GLA

Good morning everyone, I doubt v.much that GGP will announce Scallywag results with a new oven-ready JV deal. Following protocol and strict market rules GGP must "FIRST" announce results so as not to make Newcrest an insider.

Having said that, If Scallywag maiden drill results are outstanding then I'm sure GH has already had a private chat with Newcrest (wink wink) and we could expect the see a JV announcement shortly after. ATB

Lots of MM games will be played next trading week....that I'm sure of...But just games to try and prize your shares away from you ...best sit on the side lines and watch the S/P increase but not in a straight line. ATB

Agreed ...addictive personality disorder ....love alcohol and love GGP .....will only give up the booze the day I sell....but probably the day my liver packs in...hopefully that will be before Goliath is proved up! night night greatlanders
