If you want an example of manipulation just take a look at PureGold (PUR) - First gold pour at the end of last year coupled with a GDXJ buy-in and we were expecting £1.50+ - instead the markets took them down to £1.16 - but you couldn't buy at that price with no quote and yet the bar stewards will take all your shares off you...big orders being filled and then without doubt the price will rise back up and beyond....the games will never stop so you need to be smart and just play along! I've called him out many times....he's well researched but still a trader.....Yes there is nothing wrong with being a trader....he has bills to pay - but posting to satisfy his own greedy means is not someone you can trust! I own shares in OMI and witnessed his post this morning and his twitter ramping but chose to ignore it because as I already said I have his and his brother's card marked. Trust no one but your own research. GLA

We are not major shareholders (or in deed gold miners)....Nick did a good job but for the last year his actions have held the share price back - simple as that so I can disagree with you - news of further good drill results will help but what will propel this is when a clear strategy is announced to the market. The solgold BoDs have over promised and under delivered - the corporate responsibility issues coupled with the public disagreement with major shareholders (Newcrest removing their executive from the board) has made life hell for their broker - attracting institutional investors has been almost impossible - times have finally changed which is why I am now expecting to see this investment start to rerate northwards....Once the new CEO is announced then we will see things finally start to happen! Bozi, gold in the ground is worth fcuk all! Anyone thinking Solgold can still go to production without a farm-in agreement are bonkers and in 10 years time will still be complaining and I won't mention dilution :0) - I'm sure now that Nick has gone this will happen - you cannot knock Nick's ambition but sometimes being too ambitious backfires - it was always going to happen.

Anyway, different opinions make a BB - nothing wrong there - all I care about is accelerating shareholder value rather than sit on the sidelines and watch board egos fight each other. ATB
