Why would a shareholder take part in this ridicolous OO, dilute the shares evdn more and give you bosses an extra year's worth of bonuses and salaries? It's clear you are connected with the company or brojer in some way, hence trying to push the OO. I would happily pay more than 25p on the market, rather than give that fool any more of my hard earnt.

Guy, a few of them clearly had an agenda and it seems more than likely they were only here to pump for the placing which they knew about, ams sold their shares a ling time ago. The fact that they've suddenly dissapeared speaks volumes.

LTH, everyone apart from undsrstands the aim and objectives of this company. Fleece shareholders cash, pay director's salaries and deliver sod all in terms of sales. If you bothered to read the RNS you'll see they have already set the scene for another placing in 12-18 months time. So in essence tgey wpuld have blown this pot again, and sold f all :)

He needs to be voted out, but who will vote him out is the question? Reading this board over the past few days some PIs are still blind to the obvious, think Budd is going to sell millions of POC and AIHL kits, and that the OO is to allow investor to buy cheap shares, and now some are impressed with a broket note not worth the paper it is written on. I personally will be voting for him to go, but i can see many stupid PIs voting for him to stay as they think he will delivering in the near future. The size of the placing says otherwise.

With regards to the institutions they are have probably forward sold anyway, or vote him in as they are looking gor a quick buck anyway.

The directors have not put in millions of their own money for nothing (£1.4m being the most recent,), and also happen to own 10% of the company between them. Fowler and Budd on the hands own less shares in GDR than us holders on this board!!!! Yet taking FTSE250 salaries for a 0 revenue R &D outfit.

Have a look at DDDD. Much better prodpects, loads of news due tgis quarter.directors have put in six figures in every placing. Last placing in March the CEO and CSO both put in £700k each at £1.10, whilst taking just £100k in salaries. Current price is 79p. That is what i call director confidence!!!

Yes the idiot shpuld have focussed on volume rather than margin, but he was looking at the easy option (higher margins means less sales required to break even, less work for him as a result). It's quite obvious he had no intention of selling, and I see POC hoing down the same route.
