We are on, only positives albeit we have to wait for confirmation commercial viability and numbers, there can only be positive sentiment about this share. Nothing is guaranteed, but everything is moving in the right direction, reward can be extremely high or perhaps modest on the conservative side. At this level there is little downside (if any) in my opinion. Hope to see this rising slowly but steadily over the next 4 weeks. I would struggle to understand a retrace with what lies ahead.

Just read the RNS a second time as I was surprised of the modest rise (still not bad though )
Although it is great news and negative cannot be seen in it, the market is cautious, and as long as we do not have commercial flow rates confirmed, we will not see a massive uplift.
On expectation alone, and as we wait February announcement and potential news on GSA and TE11, further rises are still on the cards in my opinion.

I do not think the SP will drift from today'ss price . Quite the opposite in my opinion. When we had the rise to £1, there were long periods without news, but it did not stop substantial rises. Same could happen, I am not implying we will reach theses levels, but 27p is very low risk after todays RNS. All in my opinion.

Agreed Sundaysun. That is why a steady rise should follow in the coming days in my opinion. The problem is that a lot got scared on TE9 and do not forget we were 11p 2 weeks ago. the is 150% rise.

Funny to be at around 27p today, That is the value of Te5 alone.
I allow myself to think that are not yet priced in: TE10, the Tendara field as a whole and SM.

I am happy to see that long term holders like myself are seeing the end of Sound energy darkest period. (JP era).
Shame we were not higher before today's RNS but we should see a steady rise in the coming days if not more?

For sure if that happens we would have an attractive and highly valued asset.
People will dream of that and myself included. But we are where we are and so far apart from TE 5, we have nothing confirmed. Commercial gas is not yet achieved at TE10 and TE11 does not have a drill location.
Do not get me wrong, TE10 could come in with good numbers and TE11 a success and I sincerley hope it is the case.
I was a bit demoralised by the fall after TE9 and I reviewed my expectation to a smaller target not to be disappointed.

Yes Shpunken, I agree with you that IF commercial gas is confirmed at TE10, 50p would be a realistic short term target.
As for the value it adds to the license and the reflected share price, who knows, 2 major factors out of our hands will determine that:
1) the commercial amount of gas at TE10 IF any
2) The price that a major is prepared to pay for the licence and its potential. It might not be the figure we are dreaming but with more gas found,I do not see many of us loosing money (well hopefully)

Very true. It not in the bag and lets not count our chicken until they are hatched.
Also I myself too thought about why the GSA is taking so long, especially after JP said it would be in 2018 (and well before year end). The hypothesis that it is stalled in purpose is a bit concerning.
After all, we have a very competent BOD, if they were confident, so should we, there are no reasons not to get it, but hopefully we get a GSA satisfying all parties, I am not greedy, if we have gas and a proven basin, we will make money anyway, so if they do too, great for them.

It depends on the size of the discovery but my guess is at least anywhere between 30 to 50p upon the the release of such a news.

I agree but it is not always the case on the BB. I cannot understand why some feel the need of insulting others regarding their opinions or views on the company. I make a point of never filtering anyone, especially the ones writing the opposite of what I think or would like to hear.

Anyway, I think we pretty much said it all, There is not much to talk about before we have news on TE10. I think we all agree on that

On the absence of RNS, we have had a very good week and have consolidated from last week's rise. Only 8%down to last Friday.
I would have hoped to progress towards 25p/30p before announcement but there was a loss of confidence in the past 6 months and we are paying the price. A decent result on TE10 and all will be reversed.

Very low volume today, let see if there is surge in the afternoon in prevision of a possible RNS on Monday

I do not see many posts recently compared to few weeks ago. I guess most are waiting for news, everything was said, positions taken.

Welcome on the board. I can see that you have identified the pivotal time we have reached for the company, hence you felt the need to join the board to share your views. Myself as well, I wished having sold at 100p but here we are. Maybe a blessing in disguise but to be honest I would content myself with half of that.

Always frustrating when we wait for news. this SP movements are irrelevant a this moment although I would prefer it to go on the other direction, that is the third successive negative day.
Maybe an RNS tomorrow bu more likely early next week, I am a getting so impatient now we are approaching one the most key moment on the company history.

Disappointed to see the share price falling today but nothing to be worried about whatsoever.
It is a very small fall compared to last week's rise and on a small volume too, so no leak either. What is relevant is the next RNS regarding TE10, that is where we could see a massive upward movement and the end of last year's suffering. I am not expecting a massive uplift (only hoping), just the confirmation of TE 10 being commercial will secure my investment (30p average). Not to be selfish, we can assume that we will be way north of that on reasonably good news on TE 10.

I agree with you that a year ago with the expectations we had, seeing 22p and being excited seems unreal. However, that is the reality and I revised my expectations to a lower level and probably more realistic. Of course some on here have been caught in the rise and have average of 70p+ and wish to see £2.

Very true to be cautious on the asset valuation, not to be disappointed. But after seeing us around 1£ and back to 11p, someone like me with a 30p average would be happy to take anything between 50p to 80p. I am expecting to get that or at least see the share price to rise towards that value in the coming weeks. (If TE10 is a relative success)
