The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Thing is Proventure have agreed to a late payment penalty clause of £3000 per day effective from 11th November, so imo they seem very eager to get this done, otherwise they would't have agreed to the sanction. Hopefully the funds will arrive soon, but there are no guarantees. Gla
Let's see what price we get for these coal assets. The directors and ceo have shares in kibo so imo have a vested interest in turning this company around.
Still waiting for news on the IPO of USE, the development of a biofuel and on MED's JV.
Brent rebounding today up over 3%.

Rekash, if Seira don't come to the party then Mast might have to do a big rights issue in order to get some of its businesses across the line. This could be a blessing in disguise as it would mean Mast would retain 100% ownership of all its businesses but its share price would be diluted. Kibo could imo see renewed interest and an uptick in price as people come to realize by investing in it they will have upside if Mast gets the capital from Seira (as Kibo owns 50+ percent of Mast) and will have limited downside should Mast's share price take a hit from a rights issue. Also Kibo imo stands to benefit from 1) the listing of USE; 2) any positive developments in its pursuit of biofuel and 3) any upside at Katoro Gold. This is just my opinion and i encourage everyone to do their own research.
To be paid to Kibo soon imo.
In addition, as per RNS dated 3rd July "we look forward to updating the market during the course of Q3 on a number of
exciting initiatives currently underway on both operational as well as corporate level”.

Agreed ITAW website not too shabby. Good buying in mast y/day sp up over 2%. Someone know something? Are we close to that funding announcement? Recent selling in kibo - a cash strapped warrant holder eager for low hanging fruit?
Oil price up over 2% yesterday on news Russia to cut production by 500,000 bpd. Also China coming back online ~ this may all lead to higher energy prices and is a possible boon methinks for Kibo and its intended IPO of Ultimate Sustainable Energy (USE) on AIM. GLA. DYOR.
