From RNS 02/05/14 total issued shares in URU after the 54,333,334 additional shares was 203,673,952 so previously there had been 149,340,618 in issue. After JZ got his 3 mil for no cash outlay (02/05/14) and took 200k at 1.675p (06/10/14) he had 6,200,000 (2.71%). If he held the mystery 3mil prior to his 'freebies' he would have been a consultant to the board (not director) and under 3% so a none notifiable holder. These could have been purchased open market/exchanged for assets or consultantcy etc etc.... I cant see them. If he got them for no cash outlay his average is 0.0064 (rounded 4dp) If he got them on open market at say 0.0075 (a VERY low guess) then it is 0.0071 (rounded 4dp) More significant maybe, would be to calculate his indirect (much larger) holding av but I aint done that As usual I could have miscalculated and happy to be corrected. Just putting my best stab at it out there and pointing out that he to, which ever way (at least excluding indirect shares), is underwater and has been averaging up lately. Notice 45 not exactly an immediate notification and as amtech points out uru can only do their part it's down to entity who buys and sells to tell them and as this is aim and reg/enforcement is relatively lax imo things on occasion go unotified esp in short term. I'm not too experienced on these kind of things but it was/is my interpretation that tr1's 'should' be expected regardless of bvi link imo ATB

Could be wrong but it's my understanding (from memory) there are rules built into the company that mean the aim rule is never the less complied with imo

Been watching here for a while and very cheap right now so Im in below 0.85 I'm expecting big movement in these commodities this year or early next and further success here at this tiny MCap will demonstrate the current state of affairs ie upside is many many multiples of downside. From what I've read I can't understand sp direction of late, not complaining tho! PJ was buying in Nov at 1.2 surely it's a bargain sub 1p. In order to arrive at 37mt of contained nickel I, for example, entered a grade of 0.5% (roughly double to PEA figures) and a resource size of 7,400,000,000 tonnes (7.4bt - multiples of 1.5bt). Definitely hesitated before posting this (claiming RNS error) but really cant see how Ive gone wrong. Apologies in advance if I have and would really appreciate someone posting the relevant calculation. If I do turn out to be right it doesnt change my opinion of how undervalued we are currently as ive been adding recently and have done so on the basis of figures ive calculated for myself,. If I turn out to be incorrect then happy days and the undervaluation of the asset is about an order of magnitude more ridiculous than I thought previously AIMO ATB

Zeb contained Nickel calculation including indicated and inferred resources (2012 PEA) indicated (485.4 x 0.00245) + inferred (1115.1 x 0.00248)=1.189+2.765= 3.954Mt This is absolutely not a deramp in anyway considering this same calculation provides the results below (from data I took from SAMA resources website) for contained Ni elsewhere, btw these projects include some of the most significant Ni deposits ever discovered. deposit name / grade (%) / resource size (million tonnes) / CONTAINED NICKEL (million tonnes) Jinchuan / 1.06 / 515 / 5.459 Voiseys Bay / 1.68 / 137 / 2.302 Kabanga / 2.65 / 52 / 1.378 Eagle / 3.33 / 4.5 / 0.150 Eagles nest / 1.68 / 20 / 0.336 Kalatonke / 0.68 / 24 / 0.163 Knomati / 2.8 / 2.8 / 0.0784 Zebediela / 0.24 / 485 / 1.164 (only including indicated) In other words it was a monster of a deposit and is getting bigger More drilling is very likely, (imo) considering consistency of disseminated deposit, to upgrade a portion of our inferred resource to indicated (moving up from 1.164mt contained Ni within indicated resource towards 3.954mt) and a portion of our indicated to measured (currently zero). The portion upgraded in each case will be dependent upon amount of further drilling undertaken. We know from an RNS that one of the aims of last years drilling was to upgrade (imo a portion not all however wording of the news was not explicit) the current resource status from indicated to measured. Since the above numbers for Zeb were determined (2012 PEA) we have had news of discovery of lenses of higher grades (0.3s and 0.4s), and recently 'what appears to be a continuous layer' of higher grade (0.3s and 0.4s % Ni not to mention PGE Cu etc. We have lowest quartile Capex which significantly, included costs for recovery of magnetite but the PEA figures for revenue did not not included any of the revenue generated from the magnetite. Massive upside potential from early magnetite revenue stream. We have received assays of 1.6% Ni which is definitely classed as high grade and imo warrants further drilling for quantification. Seen some quality resource stocks see wierd SP drops of late and they seen to be recovering slowly one by one imo we will see a dramatic SP upwards correction shortly (ha ha) seriously tho within 3 months. Reason for post is to clarify amount of contained Ni as 3.7mt not 37mt while stressing that the lower of the two is truely world class. Whilst we looking back at old snippets, admittletly these are much much older...... Old vid in link below-when they talk about uru Ni valuation in MCap compared to peers an irrelevant slide is shown. The slide actually refers to narke and oil shale peer comparison. I've recently been very interested in tomco (TOM) energies developments/ recent news regarding their process development and ongoing testing of insitu oil recovery from these kerogen type deposits (https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/11035898309455255?journalCode=sgff19). My principle concern over narke is environmental acceptability of locals/Swedish government. This process largely negates my concerns (being insitu just drill holes required-good info on their website http://www.tomcoenergy.uk.com/get-file/files/presentation/2018%20Presentation.pdf) and could be a potential way of realising value from narke much easier and shorter term and at lower cost. The polymetallic value of the asset would remain in place for possible exploitation in the longer term-uranium, vanadium, nickel and more. Averaged down here today still around 40% underwater, company has significantly changed since my first stake and i'd be lying if I said I understood how myshield will work in detail. Despite that I can see the potential and further down the line the cobalt and lithium is more my kind of thing. Lots going on with tsi and one of my biggest holdings so hoping for 2018 to see lots of news and with some luck a bit of recovery for me on this one. GLA

First time poster but long time holder, I just watched JP interview and was happy with what I heard. Didn't expect to be able to buy this at 1.5 as have been very close multiple times in 1.9's. I have a lot faith in this bod and company and have finally averaged up above 1p, hopefully / I expect, I will look back in 12 months and think what a good decision this was. Philippines showing continued anti open pit sentiment and active mining acreage restrictions. Norilsk US sanctions potential-can't see it being a long term issue personally but could act as a market wake up call. Demographics of India and SE Asia and at a later stage Africa adding to longer term potential giving zeb location a boost relative to Canadian & Russian supply. Sweden showing signs of increased early stage mining activity-narke. Not much to say until we know CCC news expect it to be make or break for short term sp if niketo holding is transferred. AIMO ATB

I looked into this before original investment-was a little complicated and not totally transparent but now used to that at uru. Vagaries are part of the package here and associated risks must imo be accepted to be invested-part of reason sp it where it is. zeb spread over 3 license areas As I understand there's two different types licenses mentioned-prospecting (looking for stuff-what we doing-invariably incurs losses) & mining (selling said stuff-what we/zeb buyer wants to do-hopefully incurs profit) Prospecting- RNS 01/11/16 lpu had applied to dmr to consoilate 3 license areas into 1 to save future costs-no news confirming achievement. prospecting licenses renewed for 2 years after successful visit in June after visit by dmr (at the time under zwane), if it was renewed by zwanes dmr I'm not particularly concerned on its upcoming renewal whether it be June or November or so time in between. Mining-rns 30/09/16-section 7-3 mining licenses held by parties unrelated to uml and transfer to lpu was incomplete, timing of transfer uncertain & REGULATORY approval of transfer remains outstanding. What do we here from CR & GW reg regulatory (govt) changes of late-switching from relatively anti white owned & corrupt environment to environment aimed at relatively increasing attractiveness to foreign mining investment. RNS 29/12/17-section 7-agreement from 19/04/17 with umh that they get paid month to work on applying for uml (lpu) mining licenses for zeb RNS 29/12/17 (amongst others) SAN had JV with UMH (bee partner) they fell out, URU bought SAN. URU bought UML from UMH. LPU came to URU as owned by UML. LPU had/has prospecting licenses, but not mining licenses I'm sure detailed research could answer the question of who does currently own them. I'm taking my lead from past actions of entities who like know this answer and that has been to acquire exposure. Several ways uml ownership can reverse but as thresholds required for this process to trigger remain undefined and as this has not occured previously throughout inactive years I see no reason why it should occur in what looks to be a more active future. If prospecting license is not renewed which prevents uru spending on zeb and minimum spend is defined which uru fail to meet then fair enough the possibility exists but I personally can not see it happening (hopefully ha ha) AIMO ATB

Busy bb this one. Came across aura while researching Swedish alum shales several months ago for another holding of mine. Had a quick look at some RNSs and liked what I saw. Ticked the vanadium box to and been wondering how long it would take for haggans vanadium to take centre stage in the RNSs after recent price rises. Have been adding small amounts since first looking at aura and nice to hear the apparent acceleration in haggen listing. Not on too many aim radars this one by the looks of it and defo a lth for me as holding is <3% of pf. Uranium will take off at some point in next couple of years imo and vanadium from rfb perspective will continue to be in demand. Haggen-gonna be a very slow burner but potential is massive and with other much nearer term smaller projects nice little company this. GLA

Lme Ni currently within 20.6% of pea assumed 8.5/t however short term this turns out to be (apparently Russia related) the recent trend is clear and with the recent grade increase/PGE discovery etc combined with possible/probable SA attractiveness increase and current low MCap and expected newsflow I would say we are primed. So many aspects of CCCs uru investment case has improved since they last added to their stake. Whatever the impending news reg CCC, to me it is very hard to envisage them in any way dumping it-snatching defeat (selling @ loss) from the jaws of victory springs to mind. EV effect has hardly even started yet and respected natural resource institutional investors expect Ni to surpass 10/lb personally hoping JZ hasn't blown his load before the main event I would rather news that strategic partner about to enter just my opinion ATB

Whilst we await news just a thought. In the event of an off market transfer between CCC and ???. Once news of this reaches the market and the price per share equivalent is made public (imo way north of here) SP correction towards this (likely discounted to mutually agreed value-as incentive, but premium to current sp) level should begin and could be pdq. CCC bod and shareholders I think would be pretty peeved to see their stake in uru go at current level- excepting JZ of course if he were recipient. HK got a few options (still not much compared to current CCC stake potential) but what about AD etc etc. If I were CCC holder I'd be reminding JZ of the infamous 4.5p floor comment.
