Re: Interesting web site6 Jun 2018 09:09
What interests me more than anything is the timing here. The fact that months ago the existence of URU technologies was highlighted on twitter fairly strongly and is was stated there that the website had recently gone offline-from memory. Now coincidentally (perhaps) the same week as potentially extremely significant news re SA mining charter the URU tech has again popped into the spotlight through connection with Gcat. Awareness exists in the market of HK JZ and a anothers involvement in ANR. I am not aware of any official link between URU technologies and URU metals. If there is documented notification that one company actually owns/owned any right to the other (ie not merely having similarity of logo/name/people involved etc) then a link would be very interesting to see.
Increasing negative sentiment posts on twitter, diversionary and negatively spun (by some not all) coincidentally timed news events get me thinking, and I stress these are only my thoughts but.....
If you were to design a share price reduction without breaking any rules/laws then certain paths are open to you and certain paths are not but many more paths are open to others whose accountability is negligible in comparison. Sure fire ways to reduce sentiment; missing stated time horizons ie repeatedly building up hope and then disappointing, people leaving the company with minimal explanation and unknown in-post achievements, rns quashing rise from low level, news released in vague unassimilable form without stated time line or reassurance regarding funding, doubt re largest shareholder commitment, tenuously linked tech deployed elsewhere suggesting lack of commitment, minimised shareholder day to day contact, failure to info provide ancillary info on key projects eg PEA momentous videos/sections of videos. All these things appear present and do not break any rules/laws.
I have considered these factor for many months now but the timing of the ANR announcement has finally provoked a post. When considering the duty of a company director to promote shareholder value; the sentiment of the few media events remains extremely positive; the rns quotes from management remain extremely positive, information has been delivered on a regular, if in an untimely etc, manner. Boxes all ticked and questions answered.
How can any benefit be derived from a reduction of sentiment and resultant sp, Im not prepared to post speculation in relation, but I can think of ways.
Im not normally one for consiricy theories but anr rns hit a chord with me. The suggestions made above are not me condemning any action in anyway. In fact I welcome it as it has allowed me to increase my holding whilst lowering my av.
I very much stress this could be completely wrong and it is all just an opinion of mine!! GLA
