Yes good point. I have read recently India are allowing more foreign investors in and Markets do not like uncertainty with policies the new government might or might not bring in. I have new funds available from Wednesday so will be researching this one more.

Why the continuing drop??? Company looks sound, and delivering to its promises. What is their debt. Not a holder here but GKO has been on my watchlist for sometime, with a mark to possibly buy below 160p. Below 140p looks like a good buy?

Lets hope so! the SP has been buffeting between 46 and 50p for sometime now. Inland have a few building sites coming on stream over the next few months.

In part perhaps but I think the market was also a little disappointed with the recent 7.5% drop in profits and Portfolio Valuation drop of 4.1%. The recent report was in general very good reading and 2013 was quite a transformational year for Segro which is continuing in 2014 by disposing of non-core assets whilst investing and developing high income property and estates such as Data Centres in which there are a few already built on Slough Trading Estate with two more currently under construction, one for the large American Outfit IO. The SP also dropped when the Ukraine crisis emerged as did the market in general. This has now recovered and to me Segro looks back on track with the bull run its been on since about Dec 2011. I have been a long term holder here and currently average at just under 2.05. IMO the SP should during the course of the next few months break the £4 barrier.

I have 13k shares here. -Last years poor results now behind us. -12 month framework order for AIS (Automatic Identification Systems) worth up to 6.5mill dollars. -Recent agreement with ExactEarth on a game changing new technology whereby SRT's AIS transmissions to be developed further in order to be recognised by ExactEarth's satelittes to track ships. Promising times ahead

A good month so far for SRT. Looks like the market and buyers are beginning to take notice of the potential here!

This a great exclusive agreement with exactEarth who are the worlds largest satellite AIS network partner. Under this agreement SRT will develop in conjunction with exactEarth a technology that will for the first time enable low power AIS (Automatic Identification Ssytems) being deployed on small commercial & leisure vessels to be tracked from space.

But on Inlands website........ “A West London suburb is set to benefit from over 120 new homes specifically for private rent under a new deal announced today by Housing Minister Kris Hopkins. Under the terms of the deal, Inland Homes will receive a £8.7million repayable loan to build 123 new one- and two-bedroom apartments in West Drayton, Middlesex. The homes will be available for private rent, with work starting on site as early as July this year. The Minister welcomed the latest contract under the Government’s Build to Rent scheme as helping meet “clear demand for good quality private rented homes” in the area”

I agree but 50p+ was not sustained in each case. The SP has been bouncing between 45 to 50p for 6 months now and with the recent very good results, Midas share tip and the NAV higher at 77.24p, I would expect a break out of this range soon…..IMO. Not sure either on next trading update. Going by previous 2 years there appears to be 4 updates per year which includes the full and half year results, so perhaps towards the end of June beginning of July which would be 3 months before Preliminary results are due in Oct 2014 as stated on their website.
