After stop losses activated on my oil stocks hur and ukog for small 5% profit overall, I have now bought a small holding here for 260p.

amid the slaughter of aim !! My only share to go blue today, so not its not all despair.....lol

Aim market is taking a battering at the moment with lots of investors withdrawing money. I was fortunate to top here at 21 and 22p and have a low average of just under 23p. So its probably investors who got in at this level that maybe selling with a 20-25% profit.

Really 60p as soon as January. Would be excellent. My personal target is 45p to top slice but will watch this ever more closely.

Totally agree and happy with my holding also. If I had spare funds I would be toping up here. Its only the thought of one writer, just thought he may have been a bit more positive after recent results. I wonder if he will be watching the podcast.

It would be good to see this company succeed, as in my opinion management are genuine. However, the company's financial track record to date has been very patchy - as it relies on lumpy orders often from public sector bodies, where decision-making can be slow & unpredictable. It's therefore very difficult to value the company. My first purchase here Sept 2012 so also been here 2 yrs. Did sell out in 2013 for a very small profit but bought back in a few months later and have topped up a couple of times since. Back in profit is great news for SRT and the all important US mandate is due soon.

For a very small holding here, just 0.5k GW - done some basic research and like the story. Got too many shares in my portfolio to do some serious research so gonna rely on you a little to start with GW!! Just hoping I have not been spiked!! but in the event of ukog coming good in next couple of weeks ,courtesy of serial ramper D Lenigas I am planning to top up here and in Flow.

Sold out on Tuesday afternoon after disapointing results. Revenue down 12%. Licence sales down 5%, operating loss increased 11%. The market currently not too impressed either. I am sure this will come good one day, but that day I feel is still sometime away. Bought in here at 30p and sold out at 35p for 17% profit. GL holders.

Thanks, looks a safe bet and in safe waters - the North Sea! Do you read Malcy's Blog an industry expert on oil prices and oil companies. He doesn't just ramp certain companies but can be very bearish on some. He does occasional write on IAE and has 160p target. He has upgraded HUR to 120p. He also highly rates SOU stating its cheap as chips. Funny - I never set out to invest in Oil companies but seem to be ever more attracted to them even though the price of Oil is falling. Hi Banksman, apologies for delay. I see you have sold Igas. I did the same had 2k invested there and made a tiny 10 pound loss to move my money elsewhere. I have 10 stocks in my portfolio, 7 currently in profit. SGRO is my largest holding only because I worked there for a number of yrs and participated in SAYE scheme. I am up over 75% there. AUE is my second largest holding and have 6.5k invested but now down 31%. I agree AUE is a solid company with an excellent leader. Its been hit recently over gold prices and the ebola outbreak. Both will recover and so will the SP. I am also well up with Flow (recommended) and Ukog (too risky to recommend) Yes I have heard news about stocks falling so will review my portfolio to de-risk.
