RE: I will say it again4 Jun 2020 12:14
I have an optimistic view for GLR, otherwise I wouldn't be invested. we know so much more about the company. we know Starszinc has 72000t of zinc in it. that has a value. we know JLP is building a zinc refinery which has been held due to covid. there are 2 outstanding licences, a JLP transition from BMR for tailings at Kabwe, and a small scale mining licence to be granted by the government. 2 pieces of the puzzle missing. this wouldn't be Aim or investing if there was no risk. you can then look into that risk, what are the reasons for the government granting the liscence, they are in Debt and need revenue as they own 5%, they also get to tax the proceeds. they have a toxic dump at Kabwe that requires high grade ore from starzinc to make viable to clean up and giving a company a viable option to clean up waste is better than not giving them a viable option. the above will give revenue and an SP IMO multiples of today......however you calculate you're own SP for that.
Glenover in the last 18months years has had a railway freight station built just 35Km away so the infrastructure at least is there to do mass take off the site making it more valuable to potential buyers if they don't use trucks. the Galileo website on the front page says they are looking to sell to a major fertiliser company and are looking at take off agreements for Rare earths again providing revenue.
I understand some of you have been burned several years ago so that optimism isn't there. However to say this is "un investible" is just saying the above wont happen at all. don't take the above as a "ramp" as I have also highlighted the risks with the licences and my rational to mitigate.....but it is a fact there are always risks. "new investors" that arrived 2 months ago if they held will be sat on 100% rise. I bet they aren't thinking this is un investible. This isnt a dig and I actually have sympathy for people sat on a loss but to just make claims things are un investible with little or no rational is just as bad as ramping.
